1 /5 Katherine C: After 2 failed nail salon experiences, I was excited to try this place as it got many great reviews. After my visit, Iām not sure how this place got such good reviews when my experience was TERRIBLE! I came in and there were only 2 nail techs. I didnāt mind waiting as they worked on other customers. The pricing was also reasonable so I was looking forward to see what the hype was all about in their work. Someone (random) came in from outside and began to do my pedicure. As she began my pedicure, I noticed she was extremely hesitant to cut my nails or clean my cuticles. In addition, she was unsure of what equipment or soaps/lotions to use (the other tech had to talk her through how to do a pedicure). I quickly noticed her very dirty fingernails and odor that made me extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, there were flies flying all over the nail salon. All of this combined, it got so bad that I told her to stop mid rinsing off my feet and that I needed to go. The male nail tech walked me to the front where I told him about the experience and the sanitation issues. He told me it was her first day on the job and that he was sorry. He went on to still charge me!!!!!! I was extremely disappointed about the experience and the fact that he made me pay full price on top of that did NOT seem appropriate!!! I do not plan to go back here anytime soon or recommend this place to anyone!!!!
