He still took the time to properly troubleshoot and diagnose the issue, all the while explaining things to help give me a better understanding of my car. I read his reviews and immediately called Joe, he was able to diagnose the problem with my brakes over the phone with asking all the right questions and concerns. Joe showed up with the car parts to my truck & stayed until it was completely fixed. Joe ended up fixing two issues and got my truck back up & working the same day. 5 /5 Conor Malis: Joe is great! I called him in the morning, and he showed up at my house the same day. I thought my alternator was shot, but after running a couple of tests, he quickly figured out that the battery was just dead. He drove me to a nearby auto parts store to grab a new one. We listened to classic rock and had a nice chat along the way. After installing the battery and confirming my alternator was fine, he noticed my serpentine belt was old and noisy. He offered to replace it and made another trip to the store to pick one up. On top of all that, he took the time to teach me a few things about the engine and gave me solid advice for future oil changes. His prices were more than fair, and he’s a genuinely nice guy.

He listened throughly to my concerns and began inspection based off that rather than assuming and overcharging. I will now confidently be using his service for any issues I may have in the future.
