The nicest Mother/daughter team for Nail Tech. and Hair Stylist.The Rinehart Family is so well known for all of us growing up in PA . Bud Rinehart and Jack Montgomery dressed our guys for the proms, Weddings, and more at The Toggery !!! The personal care and excellent skills of Kayley are the best , and an obvious Family Tradition keeps on keepin on!! My hair has never looked this good!The giftie area is thoughtfully stocked with kiddo items and quality handbags for us gals!! What a gem this salon is!!
