1 /5 Dahl Aria “Bambi”: Refused to do a simple oil change due to my ignition switch needing to connect four wires together (it was stolen last year and money prevented me from getting it serviced). When I asked why, the exact response was "I dont know". This was after I confirmed over the phone it wouldnt be an issue and took time out of my work day to drop my car off. This on top of them charging double what a real shop would. Avoid at all costs.

Eric Rangel: Service was wonderful. The guys were very open about everything and were understanding of my circumstances. They were willing to work with me to get my car fixed and I will definitely be back. The online vehicle report that they send you is amazing. It updates when the tech enters any notes so you can see what has been done or what the tech recommends. And they attach photos so you can see exactly what they are talking about. The quality of work and customer service was outstanding. I do most of my vehicle maintenance myself but any work I don’t want to do or can’t do, I am bringing my car back to South Lake European every time. Great shop!!

It was Very convenient considering the other options. I was up and rolling within 2 hours. They were efficient, professional and friendly. They are very busy. I see their vans and trucks all over the south sound area. I would definitely call again if I needed something in a similar situation.

After bringing the car to the shop, they deleted the front brakes, but charged me $1430 for less work. When I challenged them due to the quote, they took the brakes off. You cannot trust them.
