They had great communication with me throughout the entire process. Absolutely no upselling with me which was a breathe of fresh air. 5 /5 John Selden: I came in pretty late to get my brake caliper/rotor/pads replaced and they went the extra mile to go pick up the parts. Friendly service, prices are (from what I can tell) some of the most reasonable around, and my brakes feel good. Les Schwab tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need; these guys said it was totally unnecessary. My girlfriend her family trust these guys and I think I agree.
