John Selden I came in pretty late to get my brake caliper/rotor/pads replaced and they went the extra mile to go pick up the parts. Friendly service, prices are (from what I can tell) some of the most reasonable around, and my brakes feel good. Les Schwab tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need; these guys said it was totally unnecessary. My girlfriend her family trust these guys and I think I agree.

Kevin Niewoehner Had truck trouble on a Sunday going from Federal Way to flathead lake. All the repair shops said they had a 3-4 wait due to the high volume of traveler breakdowns. So I dropped my yukon off at independent auto repair, fully expecting to go in debt. They got me in on the second day. I was so pleased to see diagnostic tools and testing equipment. They found a cracked spark plug. That was the cause of my problem. They also found a performance issue and corrected it. Truck runs so much better now. The owner and the manager were the best people you could meet. The costs were decent industry standards. Makes you really appreciate great people in a great town. If you can be patient, this may just be the best repair shop youll ever go to.

Chris Castro Hands down terrible service. I wanted to love this shop as they seemingly are good. However this is a list of things that went wrong when I was serviced by them. They took my splash pan off and never put it back on, I know for sure it was on before. They over filled my oil luckily not leading to any issues but could have. Their parking is so terrible that their supply truck hit my car and they showed little remorse or aided with my insurance claim. They took double the amount of time to fix one of my issues, said it was fixed but it wasn’t. So I went back to them to fix the issue and they forecasted a week to get it done but then it took two weeks without any explained reason. Lastly they simply had bad customer service and poor communication, such a shame that a small business would act so poorly to its customers.

Vi Clinton is GREAT. I needed my AC fixed ASAP and he squeezed me in right away. He is very dependable and friendly. It was much more convenient for him coming to my place/car than me waiting in an auto-shop waiting room. I was able to take care of my baby in the safety and comfort of our house. Thanks Clinton!!!

But the car was breaking down and we made it to St. Joes and dropped it off to Lloyd and Wilson. They were able to put me in two weeks early given our emergency situation and help us out fast. Redbelly Production Called for an estimate and they were more than the Mercedes dealer of Tacoma. I hung up on then and told the dealer to fix it. Doesn’t make any sense that a shop is more then the people who built the damn car.

Sheta_gee Amazing service! Super reliable and accommodating. I called first thing in the morning to check their availability for brake and rotor service and was able to get serviced and back driving well before noon! I also threw in a few additional repairs when I was onsite (I chose to come to them) and they was able to get all of my issues taken care of without a crazy upcharge or delay. My car is driving a lot better and safer now that I was able to get serviced at Mobile Mechanics llc. They’re now saved as my go-to mechanic, simply based off their service and people skills. I look forward to booking with them again!

Will Schipper Lost my waterpump but shut down without too much damage. These two brothers purchased all the parts and came to my residence to repair it. Working like a pit crew at the Indy 500, they tore it apart, swapped in the new pump, reassembled it, added fluids had me going again in practically no time. Was a pleasure to watch them work. Saved me towing and being over charged by the dealer. Plus, it was fixed in a couple of hours instead of a day or more later.

Noura Ibrahim I DON’T KNOW WHY PEOPLE LIKE HIM STILL IN THE BUSINESS. A rude person, run if you don’t want to lose your time, money and be treated with no respect. I spoke with this shop on the phone regarding my car I told him the problem exactly and I did explain that I tried to do some work on it at home but will not be able to finish it, so I needed to know the cost of repairing it. He said that he will give me a free assessment of the car to tell me the cost of repairing it. once I tow it to him and he gave me a phone number of a towing company he work with. I towed my car as we agreed and once I entered the shop without looking at the car. He just had a look at me ( not the car) he asked me to leave the place and take my car elsewhere then without even giving me a second to speak he run to the towing car outside the shop and told the driver not to put the car down. I was trying to understand why or what happened because I even called a hour before coming to his shop to confirm everything again and he agreed to see the car and asked me to bring it to the shop but he was so rude, disrespectful and didn’t give me a chance to open my mouth and say anything.

glenn sampson call this shop yesterday they were able to fit me in the next morning i have had a sun roof on my car stuck open for a few months they were able to get it closed in about 2 hrs and the price they charged was very reasonable under 200 am so thrilled to have it done can say enough about how great these people are and the work they do. James Peterson Been having problems with a Ford marine engine for 7 months . Did everything I know and couldnt figure it out . Im a fairly good backyard mechanic and my pride wont let me quit ..well I about gave up . Rick s made an appointment to put it on the scope . Within 20 minutes he found two bad plugs (I just bought cheap ones) he replaced them checked compression on all 8 cylinders. Fired it up and it was fixed . He also pointed out low fuel to the carb and I checked the pump and it was low ..so I ordered the right parts . Glad to have knowledgeable mechanics with proper equipment in my neighborhood. They solved a 7 month problem within a hour . My dad had a guy install new spark plugs in his hemi (16) paid top dollar for iridium plugs . He kept the truck for 5.5 months .. I went to get it and it was not drivable so I had it brought to ricks diagnostic and repair . He pulled all plugs to find a old champion and two new v-power and one old burned iridium. One hole didnt even have a plug in it . And a broken coil. One hole was stripped out and had to install a " time cert " while he was in there he fixed a few other things and replaced a water pump . .. He called and said it was done ,he did a fantastic job fixing the other mechanics work and this hemi runs like new . Dad couldnt be happier . I recommend this company for auto and pick up service . Honest and to the point ,
