1 /5 Georgia Joseph: I don’t recommend this place I went in a told him to check fuses he didn’t he said his son didn’t check but charged me 646$. Good thing for my neighbor G he straightened that out real quick. I don’t think this is a honest place, or he just didn’t want to help me , whatever it is don’t take your car here !!!

5 /5 glenn sampson: call this shop yesterday they were able to fit me in the next morning i have had a sun roof on my car stuck open for a few months they were able to get it closed in about 2 hrs and the price they charged was very reasonable under 200 am so thrilled to have it done can say enough about how great these people are and the work they do. Thank You so Much! Forever greatful! Glenn

5 /5 James Peterson: Been having problems with a Ford marine engine for 7 months . Did everything I know and couldnt figure it out . Im a fairly good backyard mechanic and my pride wont let me quit ..well I about gave up . Rick s made an appointment to put it on the scope . Within 20 minutes he found two bad plugs (I just bought cheap ones) he replaced them checked compression on all 8 cylinders. Fired it up and it was fixed . He also pointed out low fuel to the carb and I checked the pump and it was low ..so I ordered the right parts . Glad to have knowledgeable mechanics with proper equipment in my neighborhood. They solved a 7 month problem within a hour . My dad had a guy install new spark plugs in his hemi (16) paid top dollar for iridium plugs . He kept the truck for 5.5 months .. I went to get it and it was not drivable so I had it brought to ricks diagnostic and repair . He pulled all plugs to find a old champion and two new v-power and one old burned iridium. One hole didnt even have a plug in it . And a broken coil. One hole was stripped out and had to install a " time cert " while he was in there he fixed a few other things and replaced a water pump . .. He called and said it was done ,he did a fantastic job fixing the other mechanics work and this hemi runs like new . Dad couldnt be happier . I recommend this company for auto and pick up service . 5 /5 Shari Owen: I highly recommend Ricks Diagnostic & Repair Service. My car had been diagnosed at another place with an estimate over $1100.00. I took it to Ricks for a second estimate, he came in $400.00 less. I decided to have the work done by Ricks. It was even less when it was all said and done. I received a follow up call to see how my car was running a couple weeks later. It is hard to find good, honest and reasonable mechanics now a days. All my future work will be done at this shop!

5 /5 Loretta L: After dealing with 2 Ford dealerships that kept my vehicle all day, and didnt even look at it, they were telling me I needed all of these expensive tests that costs a minimum $180 each! I called Ricks and ran my problem by Frank, he was very pleasant and professional and confidenthe knew what it might be- he was able to schedule a time to come in for a look within 2 days! I brought it in in this morning, he had it fixed and ready a few hours later. He even aired up my tire that had a slow leak! Thank you!
