Marky Mark: Modern facility with a warm greeting and immediate attention walking in. Direct commutation and fair price for service needed. Ride home provided for wait which is killer I’ve never experienced that before! Quick repair and thorough detailed inspection with pictures included. I trust this shop and will be a return customer I recommend for sure!
Fircrest Automotive & Repair - University Place
Jordaan Weston: These guys are the epitome of what you want from a mechanics shop. They were super quick with my brake job, and worked with me letting me know what’s going on with the car. 10/10 service. They’re now my go to guys.
Precision Tune Auto Care - Tacoma
Silas S.: Wouldn’t recommend this place for tire install. Ordered tires online, this shop was offered as one of the install locations. My appointment was at 8am and I was told it would take a couple hours at drop off. I didn’t hear from them so I went back at 3pm and then waited another 45 minutes for them to finish. Guy at front desk said their machines are outdated and they were having rebalance issues, he mentioned I’d need to take it to a tire shop if I have any issues. Less than ideal to take my vehicle to two different shops for tire installation.
    Titus-Will Service & Tire - Tacoma
Samantha McLenachen: We love our almost-20-year-old Ford Escape and still depend on it daily for our business. Its always a bummer when something goes wrong, and two weeks ago something did. Our alternator wasnt working any longer, and we brought the car to Titus-Will Service and Tire Center on Broadway. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. In addition to a new alternator, they noticed that the ignition coils were in bad shape and needed replacing. Their communication was consistent and professional, which we really appreciated. I was so impressed with their service and the fact that theyve been operating out of that downtown location for over 80 years that I asked for a full shop tour for our homeschool group. They treated all the kids to a fun and educational experience. I highly recommend this family owned service center thats been keeping drivers in the Tacoma area on the road since the 1930s.
    McCabes Automotive - University Place
Sarah Goodman: McCabes is AMAZING. My family has been going there since the 80s. I had an emergency situation, Jeanette listened to my concerns, And got me in the same day. She thoroughly explained my cars situation and fixed it so I could drive home to CA safely. McCabes service is beyond exceptional ! They went above and beyond to address my concerns and to make my car a priority. McCabes is the only place Ill take my car during my visits in WA. Thank you Jeanette and McCabes!
    A & A Auto Repair - Tacoma
Jonathan Ngo: My grandfather had his car “serviced” at this place for a number of years and has been scammed through that entire time with very poor work. I never found out until I was handed down his Lexus SC400 and took it in on two separate occasions. The first time was for a timing belt and the second time was for a steering rack. The steering rack came out to be fine besides the fact that he refused to align the car and we paid $900 for only half the job. Not to mention he used a very cheap steering rack. About a year and a half later, I had an ASE certified tech tear down the car for a front main seal (which included redoing the timing belt) and found that when I took the car into A&A, the owner/tech had left out numerous of bolts and didn’t do the best job torquing the remaining bolts. So much for a “family friend” that my grandparents trusted so much.
Liberty Complete Auto Repair - Lakewood
Kyle Richardson: I recently visited Liberty Complete Auto Repair and highly recommend it! Eddie, the owner, is incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He explains issues clearly and prioritizes keeping prices low without sacrificing quality. My car runs better than ever thanks to his expert service. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, Liberty Complete Auto Repair is the place to go! Five stars!

The staff’s attitude towards their customers was incredibly friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by how quickly they completed the job without compromising on quality. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction truly stands out. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable auto repairs. Thank you for your excellent service!
    Austins Pro Max - Tacoma
Daelin C.: Rudy and the guys did a great job building an exhaust for my G35. They were quick and efficient and it looks and sounds great. Rudy is a good communicator calling me to keep me updated as the worked on my car.
MVC AUTO REPAIR LLC - Lakewood
Leland Parker: I dont normally write reviews, but I was compelled to write this one. These guys are phenomenal. I pulled up and was greeted before I got out of my vehicle by the owner. I had really bad front end noise that I assumed was the wheel bearings. He immediately pulled it in, lifted it and within five minutes of me pulling in he confirmed it was the wheel bearings. He suggested brake pads and after looking at it I definitely needed those switched out. I had two sets of wheel bearings and my brakes replaced within probably two hours. Its not very often I go to a repair shop and leave impressed. Normally, after shaking hands at the competition, I count my fingers to make sure they didnt take any. MVC absolutely gained a customer for whatever I need. Ive already told friends about these guys. They were respectful, great to talk with, and I thought the price they charged me was very fair! Theres nothing more I could ask for. Well done MVC!
