Heather A wonderful experience at Klean Auto Repair. From the first call of inquiry they were responsive and it was easy to schedule an appointment. They had great communication with me throughout the entire process. Absolutely no upselling with me which was a breathe of fresh air. John Selden I came in pretty late to get my brake caliper/rotor/pads replaced and they went the extra mile to go pick up the parts. Friendly service, prices are (from what I can tell) some of the most reasonable around, and my brakes feel good. Les Schwab tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need; these guys said it was totally unnecessary. My girlfriend her family trust these guys and I think I agree.

Julie Benton I was on my way home from Seattle in the rain and my windshield wipers got crossed and weren’t working correctly. I called at 4:15 and they got me in right away and fixed the issue in 5 minutes with friendly service and generous attitude. I’d definitely recommend working with them!

Kevin Niewoehner Had truck trouble on a Sunday going from Federal Way to flathead lake. All the repair shops said they had a 3-4 wait due to the high volume of traveler breakdowns. So I dropped my yukon off at independent auto repair, fully expecting to go in debt. They got me in on the second day. I was so pleased to see diagnostic tools and testing equipment. They found a cracked spark plug. That was the cause of my problem. They also found a performance issue and corrected it. Truck runs so much better now. The owner and the manager were the best people you could meet. The costs were decent industry standards. Makes you really appreciate great people in a great town. If you can be patient, this may just be the best repair shop youll ever go to.

Vi Clinton is GREAT. I needed my AC fixed ASAP and he squeezed me in right away. He is very dependable and friendly. It was much more convenient for him coming to my place/car than me waiting in an auto-shop waiting room. I was able to take care of my baby in the safety and comfort of our house. Thanks Clinton!!!

Shaun Lomelin My alternator went out on my car and I was panicking because its my work vehicle. I brought it over for an inspection and they quoted me about two days. Imagine my surprise when they called less than 24 hours later saying it was ready for pick up! The staff is friendly, and they communicated everything to me, even going through what any additional charges might apply based on the repair. This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on!

Redbelly Production Called for an estimate and they were more than the Mercedes dealer of Tacoma. I hung up on then and told the dealer to fix it. Doesn’t make any sense that a shop is more then the people who built the damn car.

Sheta_gee Amazing service! Super reliable and accommodating. I called first thing in the morning to check their availability for brake and rotor service and was able to get serviced and back driving well before noon! I also threw in a few additional repairs when I was onsite (I chose to come to them) and they was able to get all of my issues taken care of without a crazy upcharge or delay. My car is driving a lot better and safer now that I was able to get serviced at Mobile Mechanics llc. They’re now saved as my go-to mechanic, simply based off their service and people skills. I look forward to booking with them again!

Will Schipper Lost my waterpump but shut down without too much damage. These two brothers purchased all the parts and came to my residence to repair it. Working like a pit crew at the Indy 500, they tore it apart, swapped in the new pump, reassembled it, added fluids had me going again in practically no time. Was a pleasure to watch them work. Saved me towing and being over charged by the dealer. Plus, it was fixed in a couple of hours instead of a day or more later.

Roe Marcantonio Ive never a bad experience! I have been taking my Volvos to Boyles for over 25 years. I called this morning to ask when I could schedule my 2017 Volvo XC90 for an oil change. Bill had an opening at 1pm. I was in and out within an hour, with the oil changed, tires inflated, and the service reminder indicator reset. Dean, the mechanic and co-operator, is very efficient and thorough. If you value convenience, efficiency, and a fair price, schedule your car for service today, and tell him that Roe, the Physical Therapist, sent you!

Noura Ibrahim I DON’T KNOW WHY PEOPLE LIKE HIM STILL IN THE BUSINESS. A rude person, run if you don’t want to lose your time, money and be treated with no respect. I spoke with this shop on the phone regarding my car I told him the problem exactly and I did explain that I tried to do some work on it at home but will not be able to finish it, so I needed to know the cost of repairing it. He said that he will give me a free assessment of the car to tell me the cost of repairing it. once I tow it to him and he gave me a phone number of a towing company he work with. I towed my car as we agreed and once I entered the shop without looking at the car. He just had a look at me ( not the car) he asked me to leave the place and take my car elsewhere then without even giving me a second to speak he run to the towing car outside the shop and told the driver not to put the car down. I was trying to understand why or what happened because I even called a hour before coming to his shop to confirm everything again and he agreed to see the car and asked me to bring it to the shop but he was so rude, disrespectful and didn’t give me a chance to open my mouth and say anything.

Ride home provided for wait which is killer I’ve never experienced that before! Quick repair and thorough detailed inspection with pictures included. I trust this shop and will be a return customer I recommend for sure!

Georgia Joseph I don’t recommend this place I went in a told him to check fuses he didn’t he said his son didn’t check but charged me 646$. Good thing for my neighbor G he straightened that out real quick. I don’t think this is a honest place, or he just didn’t want to help me , whatever it is don’t take your car here !!!

glenn sampson call this shop yesterday they were able to fit me in the next morning i have had a sun roof on my car stuck open for a few months they were able to get it closed in about 2 hrs and the price they charged was very reasonable under 200 am so thrilled to have it done can say enough about how great these people are and the work they do. They have really great communication and include photos and recommended services as well as required services with an electronic approval process. wicked I had an awesome experience at Maxx’s Auto Repair! The mechanics there did outstanding work on my Nissan Versa—fixing my front brakes, replacing the intake manifold gasket, installing new spark plugs, and taking care of a couple of ignition coils. They were thorough, professional, and got everything done in a timely manner. What really stood out was their honest communication and the great price they gave me as a military veteran. It’s not easy to find a shop that’s this upfront and respectful of your time. My car is running smoother than ever, and I’m definitely coming back the next time I need work done. Jonathan Hawk Last year I had an issue with my truck, and a hard time being able to pay what he needed. Steve and his wife bent over backwards to give me as much time as he could, while he also went far above and beyond what Ive ever had any other mechanic do, trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to and had to let the truck go. But this is NOT a reflection on Full Throttle Automotive, but rather my financial situation at the time. Since then, Ive had Steve work on my other car a couple of more times, and his attitude, professionalism and just downright mechanical knowledge is absolutely top notch. I have and will continue to use his services, and I continually mention him whenever I know someone is looking for a mechanic. Steve is by far and away one of the best mechanics Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with in my 58 years.

Margaret Courtesy charged me just under $250.00 to put my car on the lift to assess status; they recommended several thousand dollars in repairs. Son-in-law suggested a second opinion. Friend gave me the name of an independent, family-owned shop nearby. That shop didnt charge for an evaluation. The recommended repairs were different, and came in at 1/3 of Courtesys cost. I went with the less expensive shop and I couldnt be happier. Car runs perfectly and they have a customer for as long as they want me. If youre an older woman and not particularly car-savvy, Id avoid Courtesy.

I called needing an "emergency oil and lube service, before a drive to Boise, with almost no notice, and they made it happen—fast, professional, and at a very fair price. This isnt a one-time thing either. Ive been a loyal customer for years, and theyve consistently delivered outstanding service across six of my vehicles. Pamela Gerald I had rear brake service done and the mechanic showed me all the brakes and explained everything to me. My front brakes were fine but only the rear ones needed brakes along with calipers. I appreciated their honesty. The dealership on the other hand initially told me I needed to replace all four brakes, which ended up being a lie. I recommend taking your car to this Meineke.

Damaris Hembry While running errands I had a window emergency—it got stuck completely open. In a panic, I called multiple auto repair shops but no one could get me in. I called Midas and Andrea answered; she was kind and even calmed my nerves a bit. She let me know I could bring the car in (45mins to closing); as soon as I walked into the shop, they gave me a quote, pulled my car back and fixed the window. I am so relieved and pleased with the service I received. Romel and his team served me well and if ever needed, I will return to this location. Thank you and keep up the good customer service!!
