And even though they didn’t see anything of concern, they made me feel heard, and even offered to keep it for another day to do some more inspections. When I picked up they charged me nothing since they couldn’t find an issue and offered to look at my car again if I had anymore concerns

Friend gave me the name of an independent, family-owned shop nearby. That shop didnt charge for an evaluation. The recommended repairs were different, and came in at 1/3 of Courtesys cost. I went with the less expensive shop and I couldnt be happier. Car runs perfectly and they have a customer for as long as they want me. If youre an older woman and not particularly car-savvy, Id avoid Courtesy.
