5 /5 Tre: Car broke down Wednesday night. Left a voicemail and they called back right when they opened Thursday morning. I brought the car in mid-morning and they had it back up and running before close of business same day. Replaced my alternator and serpentine belt. I opted for an oil change as well. Service was friendly and quick turnaround on my car problems.

5 /5 Hilary Shoop: The people at Simmons were so kind, greeting me by first name right when I walked in. They were accommodating and got to work almost immediately. After the complimentary inspection turns out I needed my power steering belts replaced. Austin got the parts ordered and are ready when I go back later this week to get the work done. In the meantime, they tightened the belts I currently have, so my car no longer squeaks and the power steering is much better. A temporary fix that was much appreciated as I didnt have the time to get the full work done that day. Will most definitely be going here for all future repairs.

5 /5 Nick Christianson: Awesome service, and speed. They replaced my timing belt, water pump, radiator, problematic blinker light, etc, on my 07 4runner v8 sport. All in about a day. And at a reasonable price too. Ill be back for sure.

They found (quite quickly) that after the body work, someone forgot to plug something back in! They only charged me for for a bit of labor. I’ve gone back here for all my automotive needs since. They are who I refer my friends and family too. They give accurate estimates and most importantly, don’t try to upsell things you don’t need, don’t want, or can’t afford. They won’t do any work without your authorization as well. Trustworthy. Something you don’t see very often these days.

They were timely, Dropped off in the morning and had a call by the early afternoon. And even though they didn’t see anything of concern, they made me feel heard, and even offered to keep it for another day to do some more inspections. When I picked up they charged me nothing since they couldn’t find an issue and offered to look at my car again if I had anymore concerns

Friend gave me the name of an independent, family-owned shop nearby. That shop didnt charge for an evaluation. The recommended repairs were different, and came in at 1/3 of Courtesys cost. I went with the less expensive shop and I couldnt be happier. Car runs perfectly and they have a customer for as long as they want me. If youre an older woman and not particularly car-savvy, Id avoid Courtesy.
