Gertrude Njeri: I met the most wonderful humans at Fairfax . People looking out for one another and staff members that loved their job. The downsides are that it is grossly understaffed so the needs of us patients often had to be out in the back burner which ended up being very aggravating. I think sometimes theyd pull people from other units that that no idea what was going on in our unit which was very frustrating. I hope it gets fixed !

Lauren Parra: I took my kitty to the ER after getting very concerning blood results from my regular vet. She ended up having to stay for 5 days, needing regular care to get her back to stable condition. I have never had a better experience than with this hospital. Yes it was extremely expensive, but I got at least two phone calls a day about how she was doing, when I visited they gave me updates about how she was doing, and they were very communicative about her care and things they suggested without being pushy. Even after she was discharged, I was able to contact the techs and main vet assigned to her case consistently which really made me less anxious about my kittys road to recovery. Thank you so much to the ER and internal medicine team for helping Milkshake heal!

Gail Forsberg: Dr. Gary Schuster is a very responsive professional and caring doctor and very thorough and knowledgeable. He knows just who to call if I need a specialist and is persistent about getting me in to see them in a timely fashion where it is at all possible. He takes excellent care of my husband too! He is the BEST if you need excellent responsive care.

Abigail Badertscher: Gave me glucose like I needed but completely lied in their notes thinking I wouldn’t see. They said I refused to drink apple juice and spit it out but I threw it up in front of them. Stated they examined my stomach and legs and they were normal when they didn’t even touch my body except to put the ekg stickers on and my legs were in fact swollen. Said my heart rate was normal but it was jumping between 40 and 130. Treated me like a drug addict when I explained I can’t hold anything down and need my hydrocodone. I am very disabled and ill and was treated like a liar. So sick of it dude. Just glad they got my stomach pain down.

BeaterWRX: This business discourages you from removing your consent. I attempted to do so on my phone and was blocked. This is a far worse practice than what the FTC just banned companies from doing. I now have the right to merely click one button to cancel Amazon Prime, but if you do not own a PC you must go to the library or something to cancel. But this shady business practice is exactly why I am removing my name. This is a monopolized business and make no mistake about what that nonprofit tag means.
