5 /5 Summer Houlihan: Our experience here was AMAZING, and exceeded our expectations! Dr. Larson and his staff did a fantastic job with our very nervous kiddos. The staff was exceptional. From the lady who helped schedule the appt, to the receptionist to the hygienists. Toni was so nice and helped work up a payment plan that worked for us! The office is very kid friendly, and everyone there seemed genuinely happy to be doing their job. Dr. Larson is exceptional at working with kids and did a phenomenal job explaining every aspect of the appointment to me and to my daughter. His main goal is to make his patients feel comfortable from start to finish. He was gentle and knowledgable and even followed up with a phone call to check in on my daughter! That’s what I call 5 star customer service!

The office is set up wonderful for kids with TV on the ceiling. They have been gentle and kind with my kids and have communicated very well with me. Linda Marshall: If I could leave LESS than one star I definitely would! I am a Senior Citizen who is on a fixed income, that needs to be said before i continue. I could not afford an expensive Dental plan, therefore i choose to enroll into a Dental Savings Plan, that being said i went to see Dr. Kim whos receptionist Paula assured me the Dr accepted. After initial Xrays, which i paid Full price for, i was told by Paula, not once, not twice BUT.... THREE times that MY cost for the rest of my treatment would be 641.00, which is Not a small amount but i saved and when i went into the office today, Paula told me that MY cost would be almost 1300.00!!! And ALL i recived from her was....Im Sorry, I made a mistake... Now i am stuck with mouth and tooth pain, and NOT even a call from Dr. Kim!

joy massey: It’s been 2 years I believe, maybe 3. I went through an extremely hard time. I was told I had Cancer.. I went through Chemo.. Chemo was awful. I lost my hair, I lost a lot of weight, and chemo took a toll on my teeth.. I had ALWAYS taken good care of my teeth. I had braces, my teeth were really nice! My worst nightmare happened, my teeth started to crumble, quickly.. I was Blessed by finding Amy. Amy owns Denture essentials. She was beyond kind to me. I had been going to a dentist that really tried to help me save my teeth, but chemo took a toll and quickly my teeth crumbled. That dentist I was going to, gave me the information to go denture essentials. Amy was able to help me through this horrible time for me. Amy made it an easy transition for me. I had to get the remaining teeth I had pulled out and Amy made my dentures so that they could be put in my mouth immediately. She made my transition so much easier. If anyone else needs dentures, go to Denture essentials. Again, she made my transition so much easier. Let’s face it, it’s hard to go through this, my teeth were so important to me, it was devastating for me to lose my teeth, but Amy helped me through this hard time, she really cares about people, she is so compassionate and I really needed that. Go see Denture Essentials, you won’t be sorry! I even had my Momma go to Denture Essentials, Amy was able to help her also by making her dentures! My Momma was very skeptical but she’s so glad she went! Thank you so much Denture Essential (Amy) I can’t thank you enough for what you have done for me AND my Momma.

What I noticed was the way my clients were treated, it was with tremendous respect, professionalism and kindness. I knew that I would be needing a full set of new dentures soon as mine were over ten years old. I knew that Northwest Dental was where I was going to have my new dentures made due to my observations of the work and treatment of my clients. My new dentures fit like a glove and they look natural. I had to have implants in my lower jaw due to bone loss, so my lower denture had to fit just right. Don was able to accomplish this. He was really picky on how they looked and fit, for that I am extremely greatful. He instructed me on the proper care of my implants, something that was not told to me when I got them.
