My wife received a bill and I paid it while I contested the charge with my insurance company. In June I was told by the insurance company that the charges would be reversed. On 6/16/23 at 1:20 I called and spoke with Tonya who said I had a credit and they would refund the money in 60 days. I said this is a long time for you to hold onto my money and she said the process takes awhile. At 2:05PM that same day Tonya called me and said she had made a mistake. Tonya said since the original payment was made with a credit card I would receive the money in a few days. On 8/14/23 at 12:35 I called and spoke with Jenny who said it would be a few more days. I asked why it has taken two months when I was told I would have a refund in a few days. Jenny said she would have her manager (Jordan) call me. The manager never called. On 8/21 I called again and spoke to Christine who told me it would be a few more weeks. I said this was unacceptable as it has been over 60 days. The manager, Jordan, came on the phone and I told her she was in violation for holding onto the money for over 60 days. The money was refunded that same day.

Just For The Health Of It - Vancouver Gloria Lionz: Dr. Cara Olsen is my chiropractor @ Just for the Health of It. My spine has been a challenge my entire life; genetics have a way of keeping track of us! But Dr. Cs approach is so eclectic, collaborative and comprehensive I trust her impeccably. A SOLID relationship with ones physician should incorporate progress reports AND learning; CHECK! Her staff are motivated help patients too. Dr. Cara & her team rate an A++ from me! ;-)
Vancouver Eye Care - Vancouver Hope H: Service is always top notch. A little longer than normal for wait times on this particular visit, but the staff are always courteous and prepared to answer all questions.

PeaceHealth Family Medicine at Memorial Medical Office Building - Vancouver Deaaira Willingham: There practice needs to work on urgency and efficiency. Being a healthcare provider they should be able to assess what’s important vs what’s not . Going here with hope in my heart thinking I was going to get answers/treatment with my son’s diagnosis did nothing but cost us delays . The physicians he seen did the BARE MINIMUM. How do you do labs and loose them ? How do you “ send referrals” and later find out it was never sent . They need to work on there skills because there negligence just caused us to be in limbo for even longer waiting for treatment. I don’t recommend coming here AT ALL!
Columbia Veterinary Center - Vancouver Alyssa Wells: I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. We have seen 4-5 different doctors and all have been fantastic, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I never feel pushed to do anything I don’t feel comfortable with or can’t afford.
I always leave the clinic feeling so grateful and that my dogs are truly well taken care of.
VCA East Mill Plain Animal Hospital - Vancouver Heather Porter: Yes I definitely agree with most of the bad reviews on here I took my cat into the Vet the other day I lost my parents within a week of each other I was devastated that I was going to lose my cat too they said X-rays and blood tests would be $896 I do not have that kind of money they have no compassion for my situation or my cat. Hes probably going to pass away and they could care less and it is all about money to them they could have helped me they could have done x-rays on my cat and at least told me something but all I did was go back in my car with my cat still having the breathing problems and cried my eyes out!!! I dont know how they going to the field theyre supposed to be compassionate and theyre just soulless I didnt even want to give them one star they should have zero stars and they should be out of business cuz theyre not compassionate with animals at all or people State far away from this vet! Just wanted to add to this review my cat poppy is now dead thanks to VCA hospital and their lack of concern or compassion in any way!!! This doesnt end here I will be going after VCA Animal Hospital on Mill Plain because of there lack of compassion for my situation and my cats my cat was dead within 2 days after being sent away from their Hospital please if you have any love for your animals do not take it to this vet
St. Francis Animal Hospital - Orchards Beverly Bellmore: Short wait time, friendly staff, good care. We recently moved to Vancouver from Central Oregon. All vets we contacted to start care were not taking new patients. We tried St Francis on recommendation from another vet. I was pleasantly surprised that it was an emergency clinic but were taking regular clients. We felt very satisfied with the efficiency of the vet and staff and their compassionate care. We’ll continue to take our Honey Pie to St Francis for all her medical needs.
Free Clinic of Southwest Washington - Vancouver Alex: This clinic features a welcoming and understanding atmosphere. Great access to transportation including C-Tran cycling; plentiful parking! Friendly and accommodating staff puts concerned people at ease!
