5 /5 Davienne Jacobson: In summer and fall, 2024, I had cataract surgery on both my eyes at Vancouver Eye Care at Columbia Tech. After my eyes healed, I needed new prescription glasses to match my new vision. Since previously my vision for each eye was markedly different, it was important to me to get prescription lens that allowed both eyes to work together to see one vision.
Donnie fitted me for my glasses before we ordered them. He took the time to measure and make sure I was comfortable with the size of the glasses and how they fit on my face. Jamie fitted my purchased glasses and also made sure I was comfortable with how my glasses fit on my face. She also gave me good advice about putting my glasses on as soon as I got up in the morning. Thanks to them, my eyes became accustomed to working together.
It has now been 2 months since the fittings. I am so comfortable wearing them that I sometimes even forget my glasses are on! Both Donnie and Jamie did excellent work in helping me pick out the glasses I needed and fitting them to my eyes. I recommend them if you need new glasses!
