1 /5 Deanna M: Got a botched haircut! So many people recommend a stylist here and I would never recommend or go back. The stylist that cut my hair told me to come back when it starts to look “like a mushroom” and when I styled it myself for the first time I saw what she meant right away. I couldn’t tell how bad it was at the appointment because it wasn’t fully styled, I was just given a fluffy blow dry. Really upset over it and having to feel like I need to hide my hair. It took another stylist an hour to fix the cut as best she could until it can grow out (she texturized it and thinned it out so it can be somewhat more controlled). I also sent the photo to 3 other hairdressers who confirmed the layering was not done well and I would need to grow it out as my best option.

1 /5 Alexis Herrera: I took my sister to this salon for a haircut, as she is starting high school tomorrow. She wanted a medium-length style that would be easier to manage compared to her long hair. Unfortunately, when I picked her up, she was very upset, feeling devastated by the result, which was essentially a bob cut. Despite having shown inspiration pictures for medium-length hair, the final cut was much shorter, ending around her collarbone. My sister, being very polite and nicest girl around, found it difficult to express her dissatisfaction to the stylist, Chloe. I tried calling twice the salon didnt have the decency to answer. Overall my sister had a terrible experience.
