Today, I came in for brake pad replacement, quoted me a time, and were done 15 minutes early. Awesome!
Got into the vehicle and noticed a squeal coming from the area worked on. Rang them up, said, "Come back, and they will assess."
Awesome.
They did, and while there, my 26 year old vehicle popped a brake line. Normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this vintage. Not their issue as they simply replaced the pads.

Im going to spend some more time here.
Thus is where its gets great.
Not only did they genuinely care that my vehicle is broken, but they also sprung into action, called their supplier, parts showed up in under 10 minutes, and they were on it like white on rice.
Got me back on the road, again, and bid me farewell.
