Surgi Center at Memorial - Yakima Ana Gomez: My mom had two different appointments here canceled. Today we went as they told her on the 14th it would be scheduled for today. We show up only to be told “there is nothing scheduled for her today”. Are you kidding me? We are not from Yakima and had to drive 45min to get here. They didn’t bother helping us only telling us “maybe April or may if we have space we can schedule you but we have nothing scheduled for you nor do we have any notes the other one was cancelled” never coming back here. Talk about unorganized and not helpful at all. Going to call our doctor and see if they can find us someone else instead in Richland.

John: I was checked in right away, but after I got into the room and had my vitals taken, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait for the doctor. However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.
Health First Medical Group Gateway - Melbourne Kailyn Kyle: Booked an appointment with the obgyn office and was told at the time of the appointment that I couldn’t be seen because I needed another appointment that I was not informed about. Incredibly ridiculous that a doctor’s office wouldn’t take the time to schedule a patient correctly or inform them of important information regarding their appointment in a timely manner. I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.
