John: I was checked in right away, but after I got into the room and had my vitals taken, I experienced a longer-than-expected wait for the doctor. However, when she arrived, she exceeded my expectations. I had several questions, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly, even drawing it out on paper for my notes. Dr. Kaushal made me feel heard and relieved when I left the clinic. Thank you, Lincoln YVFW.
Health First Medical Group Gateway - Melbourne Kailyn Kyle: Booked an appointment with the obgyn office and was told at the time of the appointment that I couldn’t be seen because I needed another appointment that I was not informed about. Incredibly ridiculous that a doctor’s office wouldn’t take the time to schedule a patient correctly or inform them of important information regarding their appointment in a timely manner. I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.
Health Firsts Cape Canaveral Hospital - Cocoa Beach James K: I had a great experience during my surgery and stay here. All staff are professional, experienced, friendly. Dr. Zhuge and his surgical team were great. When I woke up from anesthesia, nurse Lesley Fritz sped up my recovery with her professional, competent, and friendly work ethic.
Parrish Medical Center - Titusville David Betz: This was my first surgery ever it was a good experience at this hospital. They were very proactive and everything they did. I highly recommend this place. Good attention good service no problems. I found the staff to be very tentative Very friendly ask questions if I needed anything, etc. just a great place. Memorial Regional Hospital South - Hollywood Alla Tsymanovska: I like the network memorial, but any institution should be assessed separately. I had an x-ray done here. everything was fast, on time, everyone was ready to come and help if needed. the equipment was new, the medical staff was friendly, I was very pleased.
Gulf Coast Medical Center - Fort Myers Katherine Earley: I want to give 4 stars... but were STILL WAITING on the ER team to tell us whats next. Its been 6 hours since we got here after being told by his VA Primary Care that an ER visit was necessary due to a lab result.
Gulf Coast staff have been kind, professional, and helpful. They cant control the timing of more urgent patients; apparently we keep getting bumped down the line due to trauma patients.
Conclusion - if your Dr tells you to go to this ER on a Friday afternoon because you are "severely anemic"; be prepared to stay in the waiting room all night. And be prepared to not eat real food - youll never know if you have enough time to go to the cafeteria.
