1 /5 Lacey Holloway: I came to the salon because it has a 4.5 star rating. It’s a cute place but the service was terrible. I got a $50 pedicure and $75 full set. The pedicure quick, sloppy, and most of all painful. The tech had heavy hands and used too much pressure for the massage focusing mostly on my calves. when she prepped my toes by snipping my cuticles and the skin around the nails she did it so much the skin around the nails got extremely red and bleeding in places. At one point I turned my feet away so she would stop. Eventually she moved on but it was like that with each toe. After she was done prepping my nails she placed a towel that had alcohol on it on my toes and walked away to get a hot towel. Eventually we got to the gel polish. She applied it so sloppy. it was ridiculous- it was all over the cuticles, tips of my toes, and around the skin on my nails but instead of wiping it off while it was wet, she cured the gel then tried to sand it off my skin with a emery board nail file. when that didn’t work she started snipping again and it hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop. My toes are still sore 4 hours later. Let’s move on the acrylic full set. $75 for medium length and gel polish. I was already nervous from the pedicure experience but I was already there and it was a different tech to do the nails so even though my instincts told me to leave, I gave this new lady a chance and thought surely things can’t get worse. The tech was nice. I told her square/oval shape and I don’t like them super thick. Things started out good but took a turn after the acrylic was applied. She did very little to shape the nail to fit my finger so they look wide and bulky, especially my thumbs. She over used the magnet on the cat eye polish so much it no longer looked like cat eye polish. I hated them but by then I was so defeated and anxious to get out of there. I didn’t complain because the salon was busy and I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid and left.

5 /5 S C: Absolute perfection. Clean and sanitary. Extremely relaxing. Attentive staff. What’s not to like? Had to find a new place because of sanitation concerns at previous nail salon. They use disposables, and my tech was even wearing gloves and a mask. My fill, repair, and chrome polish came out to 75$, (complimentary beverage included). They itemized the receipt and the technicians names were also listed on the receipt. Appointments are recommended (we didn’t know but only waited a few minutes to be seen) Beautiful salon. They earned 2 new customers today.

5 /5 Corrine E Haack: My nail tech here was David and he did such an amazing job. He checked in with me throughout the process and even fixed my nail that was on the verge of breaking off. He also made sure I knew how much everything was at the end so there was no confusion on cost. David took his time with measured precision, he deserves a raise!! I will be back thank you so much :)

5 /5 Alicianna Massey: If youre looking for a new nail salon, look no further. Linh is the best!! Id highly recommend her, especially if youre aiming for a longer shape and/or nail art. She made me feel heard on what I wanted, she accommodated to my preferences, shes very fast, friendly, and artistic. Overall very professional and great customer service. I walked out of there with a pep in my step thanks Linh!

2 /5 Julia Dillard: So I don’t really want to shame this whole place so I gave it 2 stars. But I decided to take my 8 year old daughter to get her first mani and pedi. I wanted to get a full set of acrylic and a pedi. I think his name was Nolan, he did my pedicure. He was very nice, gentle and professional. He treated me with respect and took his time. The lady that did my daughters mani and pedi was the same. Then it all changed when I got my full set. I think her name was Teresa. She sat at the 2nd table from the front. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she told me she can do it. This lady was rude, she gave me a ton of attitude, huff and puffed because she said she couldn’t understand me and would roll her eyes and shake her head anytime I tried to ask her about my nails. She literally stared at me like I was stupid and come to find out she was the one who didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked her if they did the “solar” acrylic or is this just regular acrylic and literally laughed in my face and said she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I googled it because I thought maybe I said it wrong. (It had been almost 3 years since I had my nails done.) when I found out it actually was called solar, I looked at her and said “do you guys not do solar nails anymore?” And she said “that’s what this is.” And looked at me like I was dumb. I tried to explain to her that when I used to get my nails done I had to either ask for it or they offered for an extra charge. She didn’t respond or look up, she just shook her head. There website shows that they can do some badass designs but she couldn’t even do a marble nail but she said she could. She tried over and over for 20 minutes and after another lady tried and it looked absolutely awful I said just paint it a solid color. I chose that color because I had a wedding to attend and it matched my dress. She also kept moving the black light that dries your nails and kept bumping my nails and had to repaint it and literally blamed me for doing it. Everytime I showed her the dent in my nail she would say “you did did that,” and then would huff and buff(like I was such an inconvenience). After she was finished she literally dropped my hands, jerked her chair back really quick, stood up and said “finished.” Like she couldn’t wait for me to leave. Then after that she just turned around and started doing something else. It was absolutely awful. I’m not confrontational, and because I’m such a people pleaser I wasn’t rude back, I literally smiled the whole time and kept thanking her and telling her they looked great even though I wanted to cry. I didn’t understand what all the hostility was about, even my 8 year old noticed how rude she was being to me. I literally dropped 205 dollars on an 8 year old to get a mani and pedi which they give you a “deal” for kids which was 40. They did tell me that getting gel would charge extra and a design which was fine but I guess it’s my fault for not asking how much. Because I paid 75 for just my daughter. The girl at the desk said they charged me 15 and 20 extra for getting gel and a design. I don’t remember what costed 15 and what costed 20 but being charged 15 or 20 extra for a sticker is wild. But whatever. So if you minus 75 from 205, mine were 130. Pedicure was on point. But my nails? Nothing like what I wanted and they are uneven. Do not go to Teresa or whoever sits in the second desk. Because of her I will not go back ever and I’m thinking about seriously doing a chargeback on my card if they don’t refund me some of my money. I’m going to speak to the manager about the crappy quality and service i received especially droppin that much money. I was excited while we were getting our pedis that I found a good nail salon that I can take me and my daughter to so that we can have little mommy and daughter “dates” now that she’s old enough to go with me and get hers painted. But after my pedicure that completely changed when I met the lady that did my set. She was completely unprofessional. So now I’m going to search for another salon.
