Mandy J Hannah was an absolute delight. I contacted her and she fit me in same day, and even stayed late for me, which turned out to be amazing because I ended up giving birth the very next day. It’s been almost 3 weeks at the time I’m posting this review. My nails still look great and are not lifting at all. She is also super reasonable with her pricing. This picky girl will definitely be returning!

Marrisa Janson First off, Hannah herself is so incredibly friendly and nice. I always find it a bit awkward being stuck with a stranger for hours, but she was so easy to talk to and the time flew by! I am also stunned with how great my nails look. By far the best pedicure Ive had and she set the bar high for my first manicure. She seems like a bit of a perfectionist and Im here for it. Overall, booking was easy. Super friendly. Enjoyable experience. Price seems to be on the lower end. I couldnt recommend her more.

Ruth Melissa Rivera Iglesias First and foremost I’m a new mom of a 2 month old. It was intimidating for me to go to a nail salon with a baby but the techs have been nothing but kind. With that being said, everyone there is friendly, it’s a quiet and relaxing environment. When you walk in you’re asked to pick a color of your choice and anything to drink. There’s a variety of teas, orange juice and even mimosas. Once I was waiting for my tech I focused in on my surroundings. The place is pristine clean and I love the chic white and gold interior. It looks fancy and I love that. But onto the nails, LeO’s has been the only place that every single tech is able to do excellent work. Most salons I’ve been to tend to get upset or make decisions for me when I tell them the way I want my nails. But if I tell the techs I want something a certain way, they do it no issues or questions asked. For these nails, I paid $70 plus I did a pedicure of $30 plus $15 for gel. In total I paid $130! That’s a steal for the excellent work! This is my second time going and so I decided to leave a review because I’m very impressed. I will be a returning customer in the future!

TL P All I can say is wow! Ive finally been looking for a quality nail salon ever since relocating to Washington and this place is it. Their attentiveness to detail and also to me as a client was astounding, regularly asking me if everything was okay and if I was in need of anything. I loved the fact that I didnt feel rushed nor did I feel like they were rushing on my service. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and the whole experience was very tranquil and relaxing. The 20% discount definitely was a perk too. I received a pedicure with Ivy and she was very nice and friendly. She did an absolutely amazing job on my design! One of the best designs I have ever gotten!! I will definitely be coming back and recommend to any and all. Update: Salon and techs and general atmosphere are still top notch! Will continue to recommend, however front desk service on last visit left little to be desired. I had to reschedule this appointment from the week prior due my nail tech being out. Upon check in at the first appointment, I was immediately told that the nail tech I requested was out for the day. I was offered a different tech but declined because Im very specific on who I want. I went home and rebooked this appointment and specifically wrote in my notes who I was requesting and if those 2 techs werent available to please call me to cancel. I received no call up until my appointment, so I went in. The young girl checked me in and I sat down to wait. After a few minutes, a different tech came to bring me back and my initial thought was she was just showing me where to sit. She then asked if I wanted a design, and thats when I realized she was the tech doing my pedicure. I asked where were the 2 techs that I had requested and was told that one wasnt available and the other was servicing another client. The young girl happened to walk back and heard the conversation in which she proceeded to tell me she did call me prior. I checked my phone history and didnt receive a call. My irritation came more from not being notified immediately when the young girl checked me in as was done with my last appointment, that Id have someone else. If I would have known this from the beginning, I would have been happy to reschedule again rather than to sit and wait, only to be told, that the techs I wanted werent available, especially after I was the one who had to ask.

Laura Horowitz Beautiful new nail salon. Everything feels really clean, the techs were super friendly and the service was exceptional. I can’t speak to special designs etc., but we got four pedicures with no reservations and no wait and had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Tanya Wilder Update!!! Very disappointed! I have NEVER had my nails bubble up and split then peel like this before. This started and continued to get worse not even two weeks after getting my nails done. I didnt go back and ask them to fix as it was way past most businesses "fix it for free" guideline but I would be VERY careful and CLOSELY examine nails before leaving! First time at Nailology! Kelly was very kind and did an amazing job with my (+my moms) nails. Amazing attention to detail and was sure that I was happy with my nails every step of the way. My mom always got the Tropical Pedi (sadly wasnt able to get the name of Tech) and she was over the moon about the experience! 10/10 for Manis and Pedi

Tessie Webberley Jenni and Linda really took care of me. I am 7 months pregnant and Linda really made sure I was comfortable the entire time during my pedicure. Jenni was very patient with me when I was indecisive about the color of my nails I wanted. I really was shocked when she made all of my Pinterest pictures come together. I mistakenly scheduled an appointment to the wrong location but the staff was so flexible. Jennie was my nail tech today and I adored her! She was very personable and paid so much attention to detail and wanted to make sure my nails matched my inspo pic to the T (Which it did! And that literally never happens) already scheduled my return appointment for a fill! Grateful to have found my new nail spot! She has a very gentle touch and great attention to detail even taking the dead skin off under my nails. Manicure looks very natural, best one Ive had for sure!

Makenna Allan I came in yesterday to get a full set on. I hadn’t been to a nail salon in probably three years because they never did a good enough job for the money. We just moved from California a few days ago and we were having bad luck trying to get ahold of a nail salon in Portland so we hopped over to Vancouver and this business was polite, patient and understanding. They booked my two daughters, myself and my fiance the same day ! It was wonderful no wait times and quick service. They didnt rush through the nails for any of us and took there time. We all had our own person and each one was so kind and gentle. I loved it so much I booked a pedicure for myself the next day!

Citlali Barrera I went here with my mom, and it was my first time getting acrylics. I got acrylic nails with an ombre. It went from my skin tone starting at the cuticle to black on the tips. I also got charms on my ring finger My mom got a pedicure and a leg massage. I love my nails, theyre so beautiful. My nail technician was Ivy. She was super sweet and explained what stuff was to me. I even got a coffee, which was super good.

Greta Cole It was a very relaxing atmosphere. The gentlemen there did my pedicure and Rosa did my daughters. Incredibly nice people, we were there for about 1 1/2 hours. Offered drinks, and hospitality. 100% will be returning and couldn’t recommend this place enough if you want a relaxing visit!

I showed her a picture of the shape I wanted and she nailed it. I also showed her a color and she was able to nail the look. She paid attention to detail and was very tedious. Kenzie Schilling First time going to Nailology & was impressed by the environment but not so much the work. This is my second day with the gel manicure and its already chipped. The lines are smudged on a couple fingers and the pointer has what looks like a white scuff down the middle. Its not a big deal but for $50, I was hoping they would have a bit more quality control.

She was very kind, warm and welcoming. The shop feels like a little hole in the wall— but what they lack in external aesthetics they make up for with precision, artistry, and attention to their craft. They offered me a beverage upon arrival, and were very punctual. I will be coming back next time I want my nails done! Thanks for the great service!

Sheccid Ramirez I recently visited Rex Nails and couldnt be happier with the outcome. I requested a black to red ombre long acrylic full set. The nail technicians understood what I wanted and the results exceeded my expectations. Its my 3rd time coming here and they havent failed me once. Staff were welcoming and kind. The finished nails are absolutely stunning and even better than I envisioned. Im already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend!!

Sara Lassiter Burgoyne Customer here a few times now and each time was pleasant. Ashely has done my nails twice and she is good at her craft. I haven’t done any intricate designs yet but she listened to me very well on shape, length, color, etc. and did exactly what I asked for. When a nail broke when Ashley was out and one of her colleagues, Tiffie fixed it for free. I would definitely see Tiffie again & really liked her vibe. She did a quick fix/match perfectly. You should try them!

Tawnya Berry Tried it out because it was close and convenient turned out to be more than I expected the service was good and the variety of services was great. It is a little on the pricier side BUT the amount of time they spend on the service went the attention to detail and the knowledge and research they put in to offer upgrades to their pedicures I’ve never seen elsewhere is amazing. They have basic pedicures from the average cost to over the top mind blowing detox pedicure that takes and hour and a half to get through each stage. It’s an experience you won’t do every time but when you do it’ll be one of those off the charts pedicure you won’t regret which is 95 +$15 if you choose gel polish it’s just a matter of what level of pampering your willing/able to pay, but even the more simple and basic normal pedicures are satisfying and more then enough to keep you happy and going back again. I mean they put rose pedals and milk in the bowl they use oranges and hot rocks, They even use Kindle wax an Actual lit candle lol which all sounds so absurd that you won’t possibly understand what I’m saying until you try it for yourself lol

Jay The nails were great before I was able to look closely at them. I’m very disappointed in my nails, the underneath was messy, some of the paint is still wet, and Tracy was very aggressive with the nail file and ended up slicing my finger with it. When I tried to get the acrylic off my finger, the paint peeled up with it, and ruined the paint job. Extremely disappointed. Tracy was nice but I will not be returning.

Chrissy Kaulitz I love coming here! Amanda is so amazing at what she does. My nails last over 3 weeks because she takes her time and is so skilled at getting close to the cuticle. Never have lifting, chipping or cracking. I also get a matte top coat which isn’t forgiving and won’t hide mistakes but that’s never an issue she gets my nails so smooth and perfect every time.

Brandy Alvarez I am so happy I found this spot close to my house. Jena is my nail tech and she does an amazing job every time. Her sister Cris and brother Tom also do an amazing job. They take the time to manicure and cut my cuticles back every time and to make sure I am happy with my nails. This takes a little longer but it shows they care about their work and customers. This could cost extra at some places. I work two jobs and use my hands at both places and I have never had any issues with my nails coming off or splitting from my real nail like I have had issues with at past places I have gone to. I recommend all 3 of them.

Jess Brooks I had the BEST experience at Paradise. Family owned, they work so hard. My manicure came out gorgeous and exactly what I was picturing. Tom totally saw my vision. He’s a perfectionist because he really cares about his clients. You can see and feel it when you meet him (and the other staff members as well). My pedicure was perfect and so relaxing. I forgot to catch her name, but she did great. The place is incredibly clean. You can see them meticulously cleaning as people are coming in and out. You can do walk ins, so that’s awesome. I’ve officially found the best nail salon in Vancouver. Support a reasonably priced, small business with hard workers.

Darla Evans La Belle Nails is hands down the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done. I struggled to find structured gel overlays after moving to Vancouver—until I found this gem! Their structured gel lasts twice as long as other places, with no peeling or lifting. I can go 5-6 weeks between appointments (see my second photo for proof!). My once-flimsy nails are now strong and healthy, thanks to their gentle, acrylic-free approach. The customer service is just as amazing! Maria, Bella, and Zoey are all talented and so sweet. Lacey Holloway I came to the salon because it has a 4.5 star rating. It’s a cute place but the service was terrible. I got a $50 pedicure and $75 full set. The pedicure quick, sloppy, and most of all painful. The tech had heavy hands and used too much pressure for the massage focusing mostly on my calves. when she prepped my toes by snipping my cuticles and the skin around the nails she did it so much the skin around the nails got extremely red and bleeding in places. At one point I turned my feet away so she would stop. Eventually she moved on but it was like that with each toe. After she was done prepping my nails she placed a towel that had alcohol on it on my toes and walked away to get a hot towel. Eventually we got to the gel polish. She applied it so sloppy. it was ridiculous- it was all over the cuticles, tips of my toes, and around the skin on my nails but instead of wiping it off while it was wet, she cured the gel then tried to sand it off my skin with a emery board nail file. when that didn’t work she started snipping again and it hurt so bad I had to tell her to stop. My toes are still sore 4 hours later. Let’s move on the acrylic full set. $75 for medium length and gel polish. I was already nervous from the pedicure experience but I was already there and it was a different tech to do the nails so even though my instincts told me to leave, I gave this new lady a chance and thought surely things can’t get worse. The tech was nice. I told her square/oval shape and I don’t like them super thick. Things started out good but took a turn after the acrylic was applied. She did very little to shape the nail to fit my finger so they look wide and bulky, especially my thumbs. She over used the magnet on the cat eye polish so much it no longer looked like cat eye polish. I hated them but by then I was so defeated and anxious to get out of there. I didn’t complain because the salon was busy and I didn’t want to make a scene so I just paid and left.

S C Absolute perfection. Clean and sanitary. Extremely relaxing. Attentive staff. What’s not to like? Had to find a new place because of sanitation concerns at previous nail salon. They use disposables, and my tech was even wearing gloves and a mask. My fill, repair, and chrome polish came out to 75$, (complimentary beverage included). They itemized the receipt and the technicians names were also listed on the receipt. Appointments are recommended (we didn’t know but only waited a few minutes to be seen) Beautiful salon. They earned 2 new customers today.

I wanted to get a full set of acrylic and a pedi. I think his name was Nolan, he did my pedicure. He was very nice, gentle and professional. He treated me with respect and took his time. The lady that did my daughters mani and pedi was the same. Then it all changed when I got my full set. I think her name was Teresa. She sat at the 2nd table from the front. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she told me she can do it. This lady was rude, she gave me a ton of attitude, huff and puffed because she said she couldn’t understand me and would roll her eyes and shake her head anytime I tried to ask her about my nails. She literally stared at me like I was stupid and come to find out she was the one who didn’t know what she was talking about. I asked her if they did the “solar” acrylic or is this just regular acrylic and literally laughed in my face and said she didn’t know what I was talking about. So I googled it because I thought maybe I said it wrong. (It had been almost 3 years since I had my nails done.) when I found out it actually was called solar, I looked at her and said “do you guys not do solar nails anymore?” And she said “that’s what this is.” And looked at me like I was dumb. I tried to explain to her that when I used to get my nails done I had to either ask for it or they offered for an extra charge. She didn’t respond or look up, she just shook her head. There website shows that they can do some badass designs but she couldn’t even do a marble nail but she said she could. She tried over and over for 20 minutes and after another lady tried and it looked absolutely awful I said just paint it a solid color. I chose that color because I had a wedding to attend and it matched my dress. She also kept moving the black light that dries your nails and kept bumping my nails and had to repaint it and literally blamed me for doing it. Everytime I showed her the dent in my nail she would say “you did did that,” and then would huff and buff(like I was such an inconvenience). After she was finished she literally dropped my hands, jerked her chair back really quick, stood up and said “finished.” Like she couldn’t wait for me to leave. Then after that she just turned around and started doing something else. It was absolutely awful. I’m not confrontational, and because I’m such a people pleaser I wasn’t rude back, I literally smiled the whole time and kept thanking her and telling her they looked great even though I wanted to cry. I didn’t understand what all the hostility was about, even my 8 year old noticed how rude she was being to me. I literally dropped 205 dollars on an 8 year old to get a mani and pedi which they give you a “deal” for kids which was 40. They did tell me that getting gel would charge extra and a design which was fine but I guess it’s my fault for not asking how much. Because I paid 75 for just my daughter. The girl at the desk said they charged me 15 and 20 extra for getting gel and a design. I don’t remember what costed 15 and what costed 20 but being charged 15 or 20 extra for a sticker is wild. But whatever. So if you minus 75 from 205, mine were 130. Pedicure was on point. But my nails? Nothing like what I wanted and they are uneven. Do not go to Teresa or whoever sits in the second desk. Because of her I will not go back ever and I’m thinking about seriously doing a chargeback on my card if they don’t refund me some of my money. I’m going to speak to the manager about the crappy quality and service i received especially droppin that much money. I was excited while we were getting our pedis that I found a good nail salon that I can take me and my daughter to so that we can have little mommy and daughter “dates” now that she’s old enough to go with me and get hers painted. But after my pedicure that completely changed when I met the lady that did my set. She was completely unprofessional. So now I’m going to search for another salon.

Olga Khvorostukhina Got a full set with Mimi and a pedicure! Also got my eyebrows waxed! I highly recommend Mystic nails and Mimi to anyone and everyone. She does a great job every time. I have gotten pedicure from other staff here as well and always amazing service and quality is consistent!! I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you so much!

Colynn Nelson I would love to recommend Mystic Nails to you!! I have been going to Anna for more than 15 years and I won’t let anyone else touch my nails. They have recently changed owners and Mimi has added a lot more services. She has also updated the salon to be as welcoming as she is. In all the years I have been going to Anna she has been amazing. I would recommend you calling and making an appointment with her. When you do, tell her “Lynn recommended me!!!”

Tina R I have been going to Queen B for about a year and this place never disappoints. The skill, service, and overall atmosphere is among the best out there. Louis and Bree have truly raised the bar for nail services in the area and make everyone who walks in the door feel welcome. Louis normally does my nails, but I have also had great experiences with Bree, Johnny, and Thomas among others. Louis is so patient and his attention to detail is unmatched. I typically go 3 weeks in between appointments and my nails always look like they were just done and never chip or break. Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling - this place is the real deal.

Heidi Townsend I’ve been going to Queen B since before they were here. I had such an awesome set of nails done by Bri years ago that I followed on over to Queen B when they opened. Louie has mastered every complicated or unique design I’ve thrown at him. I am VERY picky and have high standards when it comes to my nails but he never disappoints! Happy Halloween Nails!

Britany F I really wanted to like this place and I may try again sometime, giving them the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews. I recognize that I did not have an appointment when I came in at 6pm but asked nicely if they had time for a full set. They seated me right away. Awesome! Unfortunately, the tech was not understanding what I wanted. We had to try three different things. She couldn’t manage an ombré tip but the owner agreed my nails were too short to accomplish it. I’ve had it done before but okay, move on to a plain black French tip. Nope. The other tech came back and tried that but couldn’t understand that I don’t want to see through my nail. I asked her to follow the line of the nail underneath but she said it would look bad. Again, had it done before. But fine. Just paint the whole thing solid cat eye then. It had been almost an hour and a half at this point. I was tired and hungry as I came here straight from work. The owner stepped back in to finish at this point. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied but honestly trying to be polite still because they stayed after closing time to finish. When I got home I noticed a few nails aren’t even completely covered and I have a chip in one nail. And most are dull, not shiny. I can’t handle that and will likely use my lunch break tomorrow to get a paint change somewhere in Portland. Also disappointing that they don’t offer water or wine or anything like most other places do now. Looks fancy, but I’d recommend you do your research and make an appointment with one of the experienced techs. I honestly wish they’d just said no, we don’t have time tonight. Wasted 96$ tonight.

Ellie Forster Did not do what I asked for at all. My nails are stretched up. I got cut by the drill. My “silver chrome French tips” are sparkly white everywhere. No cuticle care. Very disappointed. I added what I asked for vs. what I got

Allie Ciarlanti Ive been going here on and off for over 2 years. I am always nice and tip very well. I dont do anything crazy. Just a solid color. Every time. Theyre very nice too but the quality of work is hit or miss. I even ask for Tiffany since shes the boss. Id think shed make sure my nails are perfect and Im happy before leaving. But no. I feel like its a problem if I point something out that needs to be fixed but they want $$$$$. I work hard for my money and expect quality work to be done when paying for a service. Im very upset that Im leaving today with bumps under my polish, semi full coverage on the nail, and cotton pieces/nail debris left on my hands. Im over it and I wont be back.

Holly Jordan *update: As of April 2022 after a year of visiting this location I still would give 5 stars. Great staff great service. My hands and feet never looked better. These nails I had done 3 weeks ago still looking good. No complaints 2nd visit here, 2021 brought my mother in law this time. 3rd salon Ive tried in 6 months, we are staying here. Tiffanys done 2 sets on me and her fellow workers are all super sweet. Great service good prices and consistently good work toes and fingers!!

Amber Romo Listen, I have three elementary school kids and a toddler. My hands go THROUGH IT. I never used to get my nails done because they would break or pop off a literal week after at best. This salon gets it. I’ve had this same set on for over 3 weeks. Look. They’re pretty much perfect. Also, staff is so nice. Do yourself a favor and just call and make an appointment already.
