Jennifer Austin I see Terrie regularly for pedicures and I just love her! She does an amazing job and has the greatest colors! I love the color changing gel polish! Terrie has so many services that she is able to do! Shes very kind and it has been very nice getting to know her this summer!

Vonda Groves Coco was great. Super friendly and attentive. She did a great job and though we were at the end of the day she didn’t rush us through at all. The only negative was an extremely loud male employee that seemed to be yelling across the salon constantly as he talked to other employees. It was very distracting from our experience we had hoped would be more relaxing.

Abby Van De Rostyne Brittany was so kind and patient with me as I had to reschedule my appointment 3 Times. She was really honest with me when I had ideas and didn’t sugar coat anything and left me with an amazing hair cut that was exactly what I wanted. Also a gentleman stylist had his dog there and it made my whole day!

Kevin Magnaghi I have been seeing Terrie for over 6 years and she is amazing! Attention to detail. She cares about your health and always does an outstanding job! I highly recommend her to everyone! I would give her 6 stars if I could…

Jim Western I get a pedicure about every 5 weeks by Brianne Shea. I used to think this was only for females but after years of infection and pain from cutting to close, I decided to give it a try. I really enjoy the conversation, the massage chair while my feet are soaking and having a professional do the work. I now look forward to my appointment and highly recommend it to all.

Rebecca Beaumont I went here for the first time yesterday, and I love everything about it. From the rustic boutique vibe, to the amazing beauty team. I saw Abby G and she is a hair magician. She is so nice, and gets you exactly what you want! Highly recommend!

Cyndi Bentley Needed a place to get my hair cut and colored. Was driving by and saw what looked like people getting their hair done. Looked for a sign on the business but there was none. After we ate breakfast we drove back that direction. I walked in the business and made an appointment. The shop was clean and cute. A sweet red head made me an appointment for the next day. My hair looks amazing! Suzette did an incredible job. Every hair stylist was professional acting and nice. The shop has a great vibe and the stylists were nice and knowledgeable. I will be traveling back to Washington from Arizona and am planning on stopping by to get my hair cut and colored by Suzette. Thank you! I am so happy. The business needs a sign.

Daniel Burchardt I’ve had several cuts here from two fantastic barbers. Wendy and KC are amazing barbers and always make me feel amazing when I leave. Folks compliment my hair cuts all the time. Both Wendy and KC have also given me shaves which were great. Barbershop itself is super relaxed. Mega chill vibe and great location. Location: Excellent, right in downtown Walla Walla Prices: Felt like a bargain for me coming from Seattle and San Diego. Shop: Clean, orderly, friendly Appointments: easy! Use the vagaro website or app to make change and cancel. Super handy.

Tania Gainza Hands down Orlando is the best! He knows hair. I wish I could take him everywhere with me :) Hes also talkative and engaging. So as an introvert, its great not to have to try to keep the conversation going! The shop itself is well situated and I love the laid-back vibe of the shop. Prices are incredibly reasonable.

Gustav Lo I really liked my haircut at this establishment Got my haircut from the owner and it was on point. I will definitely be coming back! The only thing is if you are planning on walking in I suggest you go to their website and make a reservation cause the owner dont give a damm he will make you wait !

Lexinss1 Made appointments twice and didn’t receive service twice. I made an appointment here knowing it was one of the only semi open queer accepting places in town, and my partner had a decent experience. I made an appointment for June 29th at 12:30 no one saw me until around 12:50 where I was turned away because he didn’t know he had another appointment and his “arms were tired” after showing the haircut I had wanted. Orlando then personally set me up a week later in his books for today Sunday the 7th at 11:00. Disappointing but fine I hadn’t had my hair professionally done for years could wait a little longer. Then today at 10:30 he then called me as I was getting ready to leave that he was going to push my appointment til 12. A little annoying again but fine. I got there a little before 12 and he was still working on someone else, which again okay but it had looked like they had barely gotten started. I ended up waiting over 40 minutes past my appointment time with no one saying anything. I ended up just leaving and telling one of the other barbers that I had been waiting about 2 hours with no real communication or sorrys for the inconvenience/ disrespect of time and I left. I understand being busy, but maybe communicate and not leave people waiting. If you don’t want to take the appointment just say that instead of just blatantly ignoring and not even acknowledging your client. I’ll just stick to doing my own hair.

Jody Mitchell I have been going to Cheryl Stubblefield for over 20 years. She is the best! I have natural curly hair and not just anybody can cut curly hair but Cheryl knows what she is doing! I travel about 60 miles one way just to have Cheryl cut my hair. Cheryl also listens to what I am looking for and tells me the truth about whether that would work for me or not as well as make suggestions when I want something different and I dont know what. She has never steered me wrong. I wouldnt travel that far if she didnt know what she was doing or just do a so so job. I wont let anyone else cut color or style my until I am forced to!

Grynd Meg I am asked nearly every day who does my hair and Cheryl Stubblefield is an absolute star! Cheryl listens closely to what I want and delivers even more than I could ever ask for every single time. Most of my female relatives go to Cheryl for their hair even if they live in Hawaii and Seattle because she is so good. Cheryl is the best hair guru in the Walla Walla Valley (I’ve been to lots of people at a variety of price ranges and they’ve never done as exceptional of a job). If I couldn’t go to Cheryl for my hair, I probably wouldn’t get my hair done.

She has always been wonderful not only with my hair color and cut, but she is one of the nicest people you will ever know. I feel like she is part of my family now! Penney Crownover

R Leigh Cheryl has been cutting my hair for 6 years. Maybe 7. She always does a top-notch job on me. I look handsome when I leave! Thats not easy. Visiting Salon West is like getting together with a good friend. Shared photos. Smiles and a warm feeling when you leave.

Nicole Malik Cheryl is wonderful! She really communicated and asked me questions until she understood exactly what I wanted. Today was my first time getting my hair cut here and I left feeling like family. I am beyond happy with my haircut and will DEFINITELY be back!

Krystal Faye Fadich ETA: I noticed when I put my phone in incognito mode my initial review I submitted wasn’t showing. I’m under the suspicion this salon removed my review and/or reported it due to my low rating. Not shortly after I submitted my review again, I received an email from Google with the subject line “Important reminder about Business Profile policies.” I want to understand why I received this notification, as my business profile follows Google’s guidelines. I have not engaged in incentivizing reviews, selectively soliciting positive feedback, or violating any content policies. I have reported to Google about this Salon removing my honest review and have additionally attached an emailed receipt from Misbehaven to prove that my review is legitimate so they are held responsible for trying to alter their ratings. Meh. I went in for bridal hair August 12, 2023. The salon was friendly, clean and accommodating. So 5 stars for that. I asked for a chignon bun for my wedding day hair and Hailey did okay, but it wasnt a chignon. I feel like what she did wasnt worth the $200 they were charging. She rolled my hair in a bun molder thing (dont know the name of those) and stuck about 50 Bobby pins in it, put some hair spray on it and called it done. When I went back to our venue I showed my mom and she said "that isnt what you asked for." I feel like I couldve done better by just following a YouTube tutorial (as I went to hair school and have a knowledge/education in this). I had fly aways galore. Nothing was smoothed down. The style needed polishing and that was just completely looked over. I cannot speak about the other services they provide, but I wouldnt come back here for styling again. Im glad I had my makeup done by an MUA located in Pasco. Unfortunately I dont recommend this place for bridal hair.

Troy Gilbert Ellen is very friendly and accommodating; I dont even tell her how to cut my hair, she already knows.

Rural Washington State Ive been getting haircuts from Ellen for about 10 years. They are always great and the cost is a reasonable $25. Ellen is also very bright and interesting to chat with, so an added bonus. However, call ahead, as she can get booked a week or so out.

David Mumm Ellen is an outstanding barber. My regular 30 minutes in her chair always puts me at ease and makes my day. The trim is top quality too. You cant do better that Ellens!

Kerry McGuire Ellens is the place to go. She is clean, professional and precise in her cuts. You can tell she loves her job. She always has a smile on her face, and you will too when you walk out! Even better though, shes the best deal in town!

Marge Gary Ellen has been cutting my hair for 25 years and I have always been very pleased with the end result. She knows how to cut my slightly curly hair so that I will only have to take minimal time to fix it myself each day---the true sign of a quality hair cut!! Ellen also makes my monthly appointments very pleasant sessions I do enjoy.

Melody Sjören I’ve been going to Anna Biddiscombe for my cut and color for over 4 years now! I found her at her previous little salon through a referral of someone who’s blonde hair looked amazing. I was incredibly grateful to find Anna so quickly after moving to the area because it can be hard to trust someone new with your hair. Anna has always been very attentive to listening to what my hair goals are and the direction I’m wanting to go with it. I’ve always been happy with my cut and color results!!! She has truly been a huge piece of the puzzle for me to reach my hair goals!! I appreciate how she’s very detail oriented, makes the appointments relaxing with a nice head massage during the shampoo, and is fun to talk to or is fine with not talking when that’s what I’m in the mood for! I’m thrilled she’s at Beehive now because I know so many more people will be able to find her here and reach their hair goals too! She’s a great asset to the whole Vibe of Beehive.. being there made the whole experience of seeing her complete!

Tanaya Covey I was out walking around enjoying Walla Wallas Main Street and window shopping when I saw the Bee Hive. One look inside and you know this place has a cool vibe. From the exposed brick walls to the floor to ceiling mirror boxes at each station. I walked in hoping they might be able to cut my hair while we were in town. They gave me an appointment with Megan for the same day! Megan was incredibly thoughtful and thorough. She did a great consultation and communicated about her process throughout my hair appointment. She also gave me a nice scalp massage with the shampooing. I was totally relaxed and comfortable from her very professional and kind service. And my hair...its GORGEOUS! She did a great job! Its exactly what I wanted. I will definitely drive 5 hours from the Seattle area to come have Megan cut and style my hair again!

Jamie Brown Ive had my hair done here for over a decade and love every stylist that touches my hair. Their team is very talented, always keeping me up to date and keeping my hair healthy. The salon itself is luxurious, with a mix of modern, industrial and rustic touches. Its beautiful inside and they use the best products (oribe and r+co). The women that work there are amazing, friendly and fun. I always feel welcomed, the music is good, too. (You can schedule appointments online and read about stylists to see what their specialty is.) I HIGHLY recommend this salon!

Elijah Canfield Ive had a few good haircuts from here but do NOT get your hair cut by cindy, she completely botched my hair and probably should not have a license. i asked for a jellyfish haircut, she barely dampened my hair, she pretty much cut it dry. she took a razor to my thin, fine hair, had to have a friend fix it for me. i will not be allowing her to touch my hair again. my hair and the references i showed her. she barely took a quick look at both. See this is a great place to get your hair cut, i have gotten amazing haircuts from here before but i was very disappointed with the results this last time

I been to two other great clips and this one is by far my favorite I definitely recommend great clips.

Joe McAuliffe My daughter wanted her hair styled and colored, she checked several places and wanted to go to Lexis. Ive never seen her so happy with the results. She was eager to show her best friend when we got back to Athena and she was impressed. I decided to get my hair cut while I waited and couldnt believe the extra time and effort she took to get it perfect. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting high quality work for a good price. Very pleasant people, very comfortable place and we are glad we stopped here.

Charlie Jacklynn my haircut and color looks good, but in-store their prices are 35$ for a women’s cut and 35$ for a color which adds up to 70 all together. i called and asked if i could bring my own hair dye and they said yes and that it wouldn’t be an extra charge. after the stylist got done with everything he said it came out to 95$! i don’t know what kind of math he did but i was definitely overcharged. will not go here again.

Angelica We booked an appointment with a specific stylist and when we got there they said the stylist was there. When we got seated, a different person came out and started cutting my child hair. When confronted, she lied and said she was the other stylist! When we asked follow up questions she finally came clean and said the stylist had left. So unprofessional! We asked to stop the haircut and the they refused unless we paid full price! So we did, and will never return!

Tawny Haskett I recently visited Ulta for a quick trip, and while the store itself was very nice, neat, and clean, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. There were three associates behind the counter who seemed too engrossed in their conversation to assist me. It felt like they couldn’t decide who would help because they were more interested in their discussion than the customer in front of them. This store has great potential, but the experience was marred by inattentive service. A little more focus on the customers would make a big difference.

Macie Millstein I came in as someone with zero makeup experience but needing something to cover up acne for my driver’s license photo. I wish I could remember her name but an employee helped me in 5 minutes flat and even perfectly applied the concealer for me!! Thank you!!! You are a hero and such a kind person.

Whisper flame Spent 60 dollars on 3 different eyeliners, got them home, and not a single one worked. The tips are dried and they spill out the side. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I get better eye liners from Rite aid. They lost mine and my 4 daughters business.
