The only negative was an extremely loud male employee that seemed to be yelling across the salon constantly as he talked to other employees. It was very distracting from our experience we had hoped would be more relaxing.

Tawny Haskett: I recently visited Ulta for a quick trip, and while the store itself was very nice, neat, and clean, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. There were three associates behind the counter who seemed too engrossed in their conversation to assist me. It felt like they couldn’t decide who would help because they were more interested in their discussion than the customer in front of them. This store has great potential, but the experience was marred by inattentive service. A little more focus on the customers would make a big difference.

I figured Id come in and get it reshapen enough so that I could live with it for the time being. But, Marlene worked nothing less than straight up magic - I LOVE my new hair! Besides doing an incredible job, she was very approachable, fun to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable in every step of the process. Ill definitely be coming back and recommending to others!
