5 /5 Tawny Haskett: I recently visited Ulta for a quick trip, and while the store itself was very nice, neat, and clean, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. There were three associates behind the counter who seemed too engrossed in their conversation to assist me. It felt like they couldn’t decide who would help because they were more interested in their discussion than the customer in front of them. This store has great potential, but the experience was marred by inattentive service. A little more focus on the customers would make a big difference.

5 /5 Macie Millstein: I came in as someone with zero makeup experience but needing something to cover up acne for my driver’s license photo. I wish I could remember her name but an employee helped me in 5 minutes flat and even perfectly applied the concealer for me!! Thank you!!! You are a hero and such a kind person.

1 /5 Whisper flame: Spent 60 dollars on 3 different eyeliners, got them home, and not a single one worked. The tips are dried and they spill out the side. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I get better eye liners from Rite aid. They lost mine and my 4 daughters business.

5 /5 Jennifer Vance: I had to return some merchandise that a family member from out of state bought me and the lady helping me was very helpful and quick. When I found what I wanted and went through the check out line again, a different lady helped and she was super nice too. I love going into this store.
