Jenessy Lustre: I have wavy textured hair and have never had a good salon experience before. But Carlie cut my hair and I love the results. She really made sure she understood what I wanted and she was very nice overall. Will get hair done here again (ʃƪ^3^)
Ian Hockett: Alex is an absolute magician. I have very difficult hair to cut and have tried over 30 different barbers ranging over the Walla Walla, Portland and San Diego areas and Alex is the best barber by a longshot. The haircut looks great immediately after hes done and for several weeks afterwards.
RJ: Sung has cut my hair since I first met her at Darrels barbershop at the Plaza. Followed her to all 3 of her locations over 20 years. Sadly for us she is now retired and the shop is currently closed.

Tawny Haskett: I recently visited Ulta for a quick trip, and while the store itself was very nice, neat, and clean, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. There were three associates behind the counter who seemed too engrossed in their conversation to assist me. It felt like they couldn’t decide who would help because they were more interested in their discussion than the customer in front of them. This store has great potential, but the experience was marred by inattentive service. A little more focus on the customers would make a big difference.
