If you do find yourself in a predicament and have to go to East county make sure you double check their work Ive had multiple vehicles sent into this place and Ive had nothing but issues every time I get a vehicle back. I would take my vehicles to Andys automotive on main Street.

Rebecca Meyer: The short story: terrible customer service and questionable competence. Should rename themselves to "One Star Motors". Had a problem with our vehicle and was advised that the steering gear assembly needed to be replaced. The service department was unable to obtain the part, so they gave me the part number so I could search for it myself. In my search I found the part in less than 15 minutes, but noticed there was also a "power steering assist motor" listed so I contacted the service department to ask if I needed that part as well. The service manager, Victor, told me yes, I should go ahead and buy it. So we take our vehicle in for service and give them both the parts, but the motor doesnt get used because there was ALREADY a motor included as part of the steering gear assembly. Im not a mechanic. Theres no reason I should have known that. But thats something the service manager should have known before recommending I buy the part. Now I have a $500 part I cant return because that retailer wont allow returns of electronic components, even unused. Given that I was told YES, buy this part, and then it was not needed, the right thing to do would be for the service manager to take responsibility for erroneously making that recommendation and buy the part from me. Instead, he blame shifts and tells me I should have known the steering gear assembly already had the motor on it, and refuses any sort of accountability. Additionally, every time we have work done there, theres something new wrong with the vehicle when we get it back. This time, theres a "power assist reduced drive with care" message that comes up every time the vehicle is started, as well as some electrical malfunctions that were not occurring prior to the repair of the steering assembly. Last time, they messed up the TPMS system, which luckily discount tire was able to fix without issue. And good luck getting them to fix anything they messed up, because they wont take accountability for that either, its always just a coincidence. Take your money literally anywhere else, this place is awful.

The work took less than an hour to install. I would highly recommend this body shop. Its just too bad that I can only give 5 stars. They definitely deserve more.

Michael Lamphiear: Initial setup went well. Scheduled a appointment to drop off a vehicle for windshield replacement and made arrangements to be dropped off at my work 3 blocks down the street. Was told to just show up a little earlier than my appointment and they wouldnt have a issue and make a note on the appointment. Figured I could get a person to just ride with me to my work and they could drive my vehicle back to the shop as I do it for customers myself all the time. I arrived 25 minutes early and a person was at the front counter. Attempted to open the front door and was locked. Tried to get the employees attention but was ignored so I waited in my vehicle another 10 minutes as 2 other employees arrived. At this point Im outside waiting and can see the employees inside having a conversation and another 10 minutes has passed. Other customers are waiting outside now and I have 5 minutes to get to work without being acknowledged. I couldnt be late for work so I left and called to try and make arrangements thinking maybe they could just pick the vehicle up or something. The lady who answered the phone said there was a miscommunication as they dont open the doors till 8 and needed that time to get ready for the day. As a customer who made arrangements prior to my appointment and is waiting outside to get acknowledged and is told this while seeing employees just chatting is not good customer service. The lady on the phone didnt care if I was bringing my business in or not and just said goodbye after the conversation like it was nothing to her. I understand employees dont start there shift till a certain time but when a customer has made arrangements prior and is trying just get to work a simple " Hello we will be right with you" goes a long way
