Memorial Park - ellensburg - Ellensburg (WA)

4 /5 Matthew Stevens: We go here once a year for a family reunion. The pool is nice, but its now closed on the day we go, so that is not as cool. The play structure is great and pretty new. We have a picnic and there are two shelters to use. You cant reserve anymore, so go early! A big field with shade trees is there and helpful for hot days. They have a bathroom with running water. They have a couple bbqs to use. 4 stars because it wasnt too clean and the old shelters need to be re roofed in the very least.

3 /5 Jacob Smith: A decent little park. The play structure is on the small side, but has a couple of unusual features. Some shade trees around the play area, but not over most of the rest of the park.

5 /5 Edgar Arcia-Jimenez: Terrific park, with toys for both smaller and bigger kids. Has a Tri-track for the metal zip lines, which still slide pretty well (for being out in the weather and of course having kids and adults use them). Also has a little trolly that is hand powered and easy enough to turn that my 2 year old twin boys both had fun turning it and ferrying each other. A word of caution though, the turn handles for the ferry are bent and have a large turn radius so its easy to have a head get smacked by the handles when turning. The park also has 2-3 unisex bathrooms right next to it with a convenient garbage can as well. The city pool is literally 10 ft from the park so swimming and then playing at the park is easy enough. And finally, theres a wide field just to the north of the park where picnics can be had with ease. 9/10, I recommend this park to anyone with toddlers and above, this park will entertain.
