5 /5 Hannah Lucas: I have very long, thick, curly hair. It takes me years to pluck up the courage to have it touched by a professional, as I have been disappointed time and time again in the past from other stylists. For months I searched for someone in Olympia, when I came across Jen’s portfolio I knew she was the one. She is the only person I trust to touch my hair, and she NEVER disappoints. When I first came in I was so terrified of spending a decent amount of money just to go home and cry in the mirror. This has never once been the case. After every appointment I am basically skipping down the street with happiness. It took years to grow my hair to the length that it is, so even though I had dead ends I did not trust anyone to cut it in fear I would walk out with all my hair gone. She always listens to my concerns, is honest with me and my hair goals, and has ultimately eased my fear of salons. My hair looks beautiful, healthy, and I still have my length! Jen is 10/10 and I am so grateful to have found her!
