I received a haircut on Saturday, December 14, 2024. This was my second visit to your salon, and unfortunately, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service, just as I was with my first haircut about 10 weeks ago.
I came to your salon because of a prior bad experience at another salon, where I lost over 8 inches of length due to a poorly executed haircut. I was clear about my goals: I’m growing my hair out, and I needed a structured trim to maintain the ends and overall health of my hair without losing significant length.
Despite this, my first haircut at your salon left me with uneven layers and shorter patches of hair, far from what I requested. Hoping for a better outcome, my second appointment with a different stylist, but unfortunately, the results were just as disappointing. After washing my hair, it became apparent that sections are uneven, and more length was taken off than I had requested. Again, this was not confirmed with me before cutting.
I coud have received the same shitty crappy cut at some strip mall salon for $15, yet both haircuts at your salon cost me over $100 each. I gave your salon a second chance, but I’ve been let down again, leaving me with a hairstyle I now have to grow out and fix over time.
