The hope was that they could recreate the same issue at their shop so they could do a diagnostic in that moment. Of course every time they tried, my car started right up. A code did pop up in the initial diagnostic history that seemed like the best bet to pursue. I need my car to work and make a living, so to me it made sense to move forward with that repair. I felt very comfortable pusuing the most likely repair because Mose’ & Carlos were so kind and patient with answering the multitudes of questions that I had. I got the vibe of honesty which is very important to me. Carlos told me to bring my car back in 15 days so they could check for any new codes that might pop up. Follow through to boot! Instead of pay your invoice. Here’s your key back. Good-bye. That is good customer service that will build a relationship with any new client.
