5 /5 Jenni: They were super quick and efficient doing my DOT physical so I could make it back to work on time. Katie Hadley was friendly. The nurse I had was a hoot! But she got the job done. My only complaint would be how difficult it is to get through to someone on the phone to reschedule or ask a question. And their reception staff wasnt fully informative about some new DOT paperwork requirements.

2 /5 SP0NGEB0B 143: The Dr was very rude when saying she cant help me. Theres other ways to inform someone theres nothing you can do so why be super rude about it. It was like it was such an inconvenience that I happened to have an injury

4 /5 Kaohu Gordon (Hawaiian69): Started awesome Dr. Adams helped me out so much, then wasnt his fault he was just doing what the schedule of l&i protocols, but my situation was different because I had a scheduled surgery and couldnt get better because of my recovery from a different situation he released me back to full duty while on my recovery from my surgery, I went back to work 1week later they fired me for a made up situation, Im still doing physical therapy and not healed fully yet, so I know it wasnt his fault, because hes a wonderful and awesome doctor.

1 /5 Athena Williams: If you receive Katie Hadley as your provider, transfer to a different attending immediately. Hadley is the worst experience I’ve had with a physician. By the end of our term she has completely traumatized and caused immense amounts of stress with no proper causations. She will not seek to get you to full care or even half. She will try and see you as little as possible. Is very rude to patients, and other medical professionals. She does not listen to patients or other medical professionals opinions. She falsifies medical notes and records. Will do the least amount of work to treat you if at all. Her negligence is so extreme, If you can find a new provider do it immediately! She is not a provider you want to keep! Luckily I was able to fix the mess she caused in my life, and seek actual professional care and properly finish my treatment else where. You might not be so lucky! If I could give her -0 stars I would, -1000 stars. DO. NOT. USE! -100 million/10. Katie if you’re reading this I hope you find the lord and savior and give yourself to him. He would never treat his children the way you treat your patients. Retire if you’re tired. Youre endangering lives with your negligence ms. "Whether a company has 5 or 500 employees, they are going to get excellent, individualized care. I am committed to high quality and timely treatment that safely keeps patients working." Quality is 144p. Treatment 144p. Individualized care 144p. Safely keep patients working 144p. Atrocity to the American health care system. If there was a red flag this nurse practitioner is the red on the flag. Not only was my suspicion about her being racist and prejudice right. Another fellow of my race commented she said she didn’t want to be his provider and asked if it was cause he’s black she hung up on him. She also told me the same thing in our second visit. Racist confirmed.
