Jenni They were super quick and efficient doing my DOT physical so I could make it back to work on time. Katie Hadley was friendly. The nurse I had was a hoot! But she got the job done. My only complaint would be how difficult it is to get through to someone on the phone to reschedule or ask a question. And their reception staff wasnt fully informative about some new DOT paperwork requirements.

SP0NGEB0B 143 The Dr was very rude when saying she cant help me. Theres other ways to inform someone theres nothing you can do so why be super rude about it. It was like it was such an inconvenience that I happened to have an injury

Christine Lencioni Dr Marianne Broers is one of the most wonderful doctors I have had the pleasure of ever knowing! I have been a patient of her for around 30yrs and I hope to have her as my doctor until the day she retires. She is incredible. So kind, so knowledgeable, she really is There for you and goes above and beyond. I think she might already be full and not taking new clients, otherwise Id definitely want my husband to be a patient of hers as well as everyone I care about, because I know that they would be in the BEST of hands - if they were in Dr Marianne Broers hands. If you get the chance to have her as your doctor, jump at it. Wonderful doctors like her deserve our gratitude. I hope she knows how much I appreciate her and her wonderful support staff, and that they will let me know how I can better show my support and appreciation in any other ways besides this little Google review!

Gordo H Dr. Broers saved one of my family members life. She diagnosed a rare cancer and then found and referred us to the best cancer care doctor in Seattle (possibly in the country). That family member is alive and well today. Also, she knows how to give a thorough physical where other family practice doctors are not experienced enough in much-needed procedures.

Sally Ryan My Optometrist was so nice and explained everything as she went along. Sam for her assistant. The optician in the eyeglass shop made sure I was getting all my Senior Advantage benefits to give me best price. This was the last of my appointments following cataract surgery with Dr. Luong. My eyesight has not been this good since my youth. I am so happy.

Russ T I saw the optometrist for long-term , ongoing eye issues. She was very helpful and understanding. She was also very thorough. In the end, I was confident in the plan and long-term outlook for my eye issues.

Lisa Bender Parking was awful! However it’s not my clinics fault that the buildings other offices overbooked so many people that the building couldn’t handle it! Now my Dr was amazing today!

Hanna Nordlin So far this practice is highly unreliable. Can’t speak of Dr. Omar’s ability because they have cancelled on my son TWICE now. Will update once my son is actually seen (if ever, I will switch to a different GI doctor if this next reschedule is also cancelled) EDIT: the appointment was kept, but then we were completely forgot about despite having 2 screaming toddlers. 1-star stands. Don’t think we will be back. Edit in response: Dr. Omar was sick the second reschedule. No reason was given for the first reschedule that we got as we were literally leaving our house for the appointment. No other patients were present in the clinic while we were forgotten/ignored. The two front desk people were on their phones instead of helping us. My son also fell and hit his head when leaving this clinic. NO ONE CAME OUT TO HELP! Excuses will not help you. Own your mistakes instead of trying to cover them up.

Natalie Schaefer We have been seeing Dr. Abdullah for years. He was able to resolve an issue my first child had 6 years ago. He had been living with the condition for 2 years and between multiple doctors across multiple states, Dr. Abdullah knew what it was at his first appointment and quickly got him on medicine that brought relief and ultimately the cure for it. Years later my second child was developing chronic GI issues and pain. We were initially on a very long referral waiting list at Mary Bridge. I called Dr. Abdullah’s office directly to see if they would take my daughter on and they were able to get her in the next day as long as our pcp could get a referral over (and she did). Dr. Abdullah and Omar are very thorough in the tests they order and interpret. I appreciate this, knowing how many conditions have mirrored symptoms, because I know they won’t treat for the wrong root problem. My daughter is still in the diagnostic process but already improving under the dietary plan they have us on with a licensed dietician supporting us the whole way. I know diagnostic processes can be long, but they’ve shown me with both my kids that I can trust the process and that my kids will get well again under their care.

Shawna Dieter My daughter did not have such a great experience last time she had a similar appointment and had anxiety over having to do this again. Natalie Robinson was fantastic, she listened to my daughter, made her feel comfortable talking about personal stuff and explained all different options and what to expect with her next appointment. Very happy! Thank you.

Clara Hinton I had a horrible experience with this place. Why Dr. Guray has so many good reviews I don’t know. She was pushy and dismissive. She acted like she knew what was best for me having known me for 5 minutes. It was giving a very “one size fits all” kind of mindset when it comes to treatment. And the worst part of everything was she messed up my medicine dose and didn’t fix it. I told her I take 4 tabs daily and she sent in a prescription for ONE TAB daily. How does someone screw up that bad? I called this place like 4 times about this in the span of a week; they kept claiming she would send in the right refill but never did. I had to get my medicine from instacare. Ridiculous.

Jack Not sure what the negative reviews are about the staff. I’m not the easiest person to manage but if you come in with a smile and approach people how they’re supposed to be approached you’re going to be treated with 5 star service and care regardless of your background or where you came from. It was easy to schedule, they were on time when I showed up, they were extremely caring and the referral was in damn near before I left the building. If you want quick and easy while getting the proper care you need without being overloaded on pills and extra charges this is the place to go. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor were excellent.

Kara Lamkin We waited an hour for my 4 year olds NP appointment with Dr. Peterson. The doctor never came and we left without being seen. I think having 3 small children wait over an hour in a small hot room is too much to ask. I see why this practice has such poor marks.

Jessica Ellen Called an hour before my scheduled appointment and canceled it on their voicemail system like the prompt says to do and then I received a voicemail. Three hours later that my appointment was marked as a no-show because they didn’t get to their voicemail in time and that it was my fault. Very unprofessional go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients. Thanks for nothing Jazmine the RN.

Musiclover03Gibsongu My name is Arnold and I have been under the care of Dr. Zhang for close to a year now. When I met her, I was scared because of my illness and had no idea what to expect. She has become so much more than just my doctor. She is the head of the best supportive care team I have ever dealt with. Her empathy and warm concern is like a beacon of light during what could have been one of the darkest times of my life. She is encouraging me as I travel on this healing journey. her demeanor and knowledge are such a comfort. Thank you Dr. Zhang for you help and gentle smile .

Autumn Arnestad Went in for a treadmill test and was very disappointed in the professionalism, disregard for humanity and lack of regard for the hippa laws. First they would not let my husband come in with me they said because if something happened yet I was told by a staff member that they let firefighters cheer each-other on but won’t let a person have support from a family member. There are 2 beds in the room so what is the difference between 2 patients being in there and a patient and a family member? Next the nurse left the door open the entire time and was asking questions and saying personal information out loud even after being asked not to which is a direct violation of Hippa. I do not recommend this place go anywhere else if possible.

Sumac Trebla Visited PHI for a stress test. It is understood that a MD signs off on the test. Took the test nearer my home, though my cardiologist is in Tacoma. When the test was completed, Dr. Uma Krishnan started talking about my cholesterol, which had nothing to do with the stress test. I informed her that I would prefer that I deal with one doctor, my doctor, and that I had an appointment in Tacoma in five days time. Ignoring that, she made the assumption that my cholesterol problem was familial, though she had no knowledge of my family history. None. She then said that I needed to be on a statin. Again, I said that that was a matter that I would discuss with my doctor. She did not seem to like that I expressed that as my intention and as my choice as the patient. When I said that I would take that up with my doctor, she said that I needed a CAT scan based on my test. I asked her explain where that was indicated, so that I might understand, she was put out by my asking. When I politely pressed for an explanation, she drummed up a indicator on the EKG, then said that she would put the recommendation for the CAT scan in her notes. Consequently, my docter, a PA, now must confront a potentially cursory assessment by an MD. The likely result will be I get a test and a bill for which I may not indicate. To compound matters, in direct defiance of my expressed wishes and the aforementioned conversation, when picking up a refill at my local pharmacy for a medication, I discovered that Krishnan issued a prescription for a statin. That is unethical. And it is unprofessional. Her role was to sign off on the stress test and provide an assessment. Nothing more. When a doctor does not respect her specific role and thus does not respect "patient consent", she does not care. When she goes forward in defiance of reason and the patients expressed wishes, she violates her oath and reveals that her interest is perhaps in billables and not patient well-being or care. Do not see this doctor, Uma Krishnan. Despite her ratings, she is not a respectful doctor. (For context, as a patient of sixty-plus years, I am not a novice to health care. Rather, I have received care from various doctors during my life in over ten states where I have lived and in four countries abroad. My experience with Dr. Uma Krishnan ranks at the bottom. Again, if you only want to obey, but not understand or be respected, then thats your choice. But, when you really think about, dont you deserve better. So find it, as you will not likely find it with Dr. Krishnan.)

Marcia West After waiting 5 months to get a new patient appointment with a large medical provider, I switched to One Medical and was seen in about 3 weeks. The practitioners take their time to meet with each patient and get to know their needs before prescribing medication. On my last visit I was advised against surgery on my right foot that was recommended by a podiatrist. That was a great relief!

Lyn Wells I was very impressed with One Medical and Dr. McBride at the Puyallup location. They were very friendly, professional, and he took the time to listen to me about my health problems. My Mom and I both have Dr. McBride and would like to get my husband set up with him but he is no longer taking new patients. He is such a good doctor
