5 /5 Debbie Roseleib: The providers and staff are all fantastic. Very accommodating and timely. Do not have long wait times. The doctors, nurses. Lab tech and office staff all go out of their way to help you understand and make informed decisions.

5 /5 Jack: Not sure what the negative reviews are about the staff. I’m not the easiest person to manage but if you come in with a smile and approach people how they’re supposed to be approached you’re going to be treated with 5 star service and care regardless of your background or where you came from. It was easy to schedule, they were on time when I showed up, they were extremely caring and the referral was in damn near before I left the building. If you want quick and easy while getting the proper care you need without being overloaded on pills and extra charges this is the place to go. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor were excellent.

5 /5 Rita Frontese: I have been seen by Dr Ali, Dr Kim, Dr Broers, Dr Sahay and a couple appointments with nurse practitioners for several years now. My primary provider was Dr Ali, then when she left change to Dr Broers, sometimes was seen by Dr Kim if she was not available. Once with Dr Sahay. They all are great providers. Sometimes I talked to nurse over the phone to get advice. Or sent messages to providers and they replied soon. They are friendly, listened carefully, and gave the great advice and treatment. The staffs are also nice and very helpful. I am very happy with their services.

1 /5 Lauren Weger: I have scheduled 2 appointments with dr. Bold and the 1st appointment I had to wait 3 weeks for it to happen and I had the scheduler call my the 1 business day to let me know they had to reschedule because that doctor wasnt available so I rescheduled with that same doctor because their staff told me that no other providers are accepting new patients so I wait another 2 more weeks and AGAIN the scheduler calls to cancel 2 business days prior to the appointment stating that he will be out for surgery. 2 times in a row. Thats bad business dont waste your time with this clinic. Its a joke

1 /5 Justin Rich: The call center staff, or whoever answers their general line to schedule appointments are incredibly rude, and disrespectful. Shame on Pacific Medical Centers for allowing such rudeness to occur. People who call dont just call for the heck of it. We call because we have needs and medical concerns. People should not be spoken to the way this call center speaks to people. If youre that unhappy then find a job thats not customer service based.
