One Medical Seniors: Puyallup - Puyallup (WA)

5 /5 Marcia West: After waiting 5 months to get a new patient appointment with a large medical provider, I switched to One Medical and was seen in about 3 weeks. The practitioners take their time to meet with each patient and get to know their needs before prescribing medication. On my last visit I was advised against surgery on my right foot that was recommended by a podiatrist. That was a great relief!

5 /5 Lyn Wells: I was very impressed with One Medical and Dr. McBride at the Puyallup location. They were very friendly, professional, and he took the time to listen to me about my health problems. My Mom and I both have Dr. McBride and would like to get my husband set up with him but he is no longer taking new patients. He is such a good doctor

Visited One Medical Seniors Puyallup a couple days after and received good care along with a take-home pack with instructions on care. When I needed a recheck and more bandaging items I called for an appointment. One was not available for 3 weeks. I miss having a relationship with ONE doctor!

3 /5 kevan Aponte: I called on Friday morning and was told I would receive a call back "within the hour". It is now 8 days I have been waiting for a call back. I left 4 messages. I have contacted by text, finally someone responded 5 days later and was asked a question. I answered that question on Thursday. Still no response. Care team? How exactly is that "care"? I want the care I was told I would get on my first appointment. Judging by the other feedback left here, One Medical "Bezos Health Care" has a big problem.

2 /5 Loretta Holzberger: I was not happy to have it take more than 2 weeks to be given results of lower back X rays. I saw Dr Wiman on Nov. 16th, had X rays taken on Nov. 20th and called on Nov 30th to see what the X ray results were. I didnt get a reply until December 6th.
