4 /5 Vicki Benham: This was my first visit for a LANAP consultation. It was quite a long wait time, but the Dr. immediately made an apology, so I dont think its the norm. He provided clear and detailed information to help with my decision-making. I was especially pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the office administrator. She explained my payment options well and quickly followed up with an email confirming our conversation. I am more than satisfied with my visit.

He has always facilitated friendly, prompt and quality service. He has kept up with the most modern technology, methods and materials.

5 /5 Jordan Ellis: Dr. Dave Wagner and the hygienists and office staff were knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. I moved from out of state. All of the necessary questions were asked of me to obtain a full history and work up. My hygienist was extremely thorough during my cleaning and listened and responded to my requests and comments. Not very conversational, but thats not what I want from a hygienist, anyways. My mouth feels extremely clean and she was very detailed in that, and I have had my fair share of hygienist who are not thorough, so I know how that feels. I work in sleep medicine technology, and Dr. Dave Wagner and I had several lively discussions about this industry. He crafts oral appliances to help with mild snoring, and even showed me one of his creations. Beyond this, Dr. Dave Wagner was detailed in the steps that I need to take to improve my oral health and spent the necessary time going over this with me. I was very pleased and lucky to have found a dentist office that I feel at home at after only my first visit.

Everyone was very welcoming, the services were professional and kind, and they understood the importance of establishing a comfortable patient relationship so that you trust them with your dental care. I was previously driving back to Bothell (!) because I loved my dentist so much, so Dr. Wagner’s team understood how important it was to build that relationship with a dental patient. I look forward to seeing them again for my future appointments
