Gregory Armstrong 1st time patient at this place and the 1st time in a dentist chair in 24 years. Nothing in life gives me more anxiety than having to have any sort of dental work done. And Im a Combat Army Veteran. So I was open with the hygenist about my anxiety as soon as I sat down. I hate that I didnt write her name down, but she was fantastic. She made me feel much less stressed as she talked me through her thoughts on what she thought the dentist would likely suggest as a course of treatment once he had an opportunity to examine me. All of which was confirmed by the dentist. Again, I wish I had written his name down, because he was a really good dentist. Ideal has quite a few different payment options, making them pretty affordable in my opinion. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and treat u like someone they care about, not just someone they wanna squeeze money out of. The office was super clean, narry a speck of dust anywhere and they have lots of locations all over the U.S. My wife and I are traveling to a new state every 13 werks and I need periodontal care and orthodontic care, so knowing I can stroll into a location pretty much within an hour drive from most states and get seen by someone who can simply pull up my file in their system is quite the flex. I would absolutely recommend others to the Ideal Dentistry family. The only thing I would change about my experience there if I could is Id replace all of the fake plants in the office with real living plants. Though, Im sure the reason the plants are fake is to keep allergy issues down. So this is just a personal preference, not criticism. Thanks, Ideal Dentistry Staff!

Edward Chavez Hello ideal dental first timers!, just want to give you all piece of mind, for me finding the right dental care has been difficult, never know who you can trust, well for me ideal dental is the place, at this location I am a happily continued client first and foremost because of their wonderful front desk assistant Arlene!! Don’t get me wrong Dr.Son is a great Dr, but unfortunately he has left, but Arlene’s great service is what has my family and myself coming back to this location, she is well organized and knows her locations services very well, any concerns she’s always willing to walk you through them with a smile, and always returns your calls! And always notify you of promos that I personally feel my family can benefit from not just to entice, no need to have doubts when you’ve got someone like her supporting your needs through all the paper work. Preciate you Arlene!!!

Jessica Hogenson The subscription service they have is awesome. I got a comprehensive dental exam that was included in my subscription. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Even with the stuff I have to get fixed, Ill be saving so much money with the subscription and they have financing options plus are open on Saturdays! I wish Id have found this place earlier.

Robert Turner The staff is great there love them. The reason is they called to make sure i was still on the way and had great greeting voices when i got there. i didnt like the doctor himself has much because of an tooth pull that didnt go well. i just wish he would explain stuff more to patients than let us ask them questions. so in the future please can the doctor explain more that during the tooth pull anything can go wrong or if something is hidden that might play a factor.

My provider gave me a list of dental clinics to go to & I decided to try them since it was only 10 mins from my house but the service is great and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon Brouillet I wish I could give this staff ten stars! As someone who has neglected their teeth for quite some time, I have some anxiety about going back to the dentist. I tried another office before coming here and did not have a great experience. The team here was so friendly as soon as you come in. They take the time to actually sit down and speak with you about your care plan. I didnt feel judged at all, their only concern was getting me taken care of. Words truly cannot express how grateful I am! I am looking forward to my next appointment!

Herb Levine Both my wife and I have had excellent experiences with two different dentists at this practice. The work has been top notch and dentists and techs explained everything and put us at our ease. The admin and billing side is handled very well. The practice is attractive. Dental visits are no fun, but 6th Avenue Dental Care makes them as pleasant as possible.

Mac Crawford Excellent experience! Trish was awesome and very gentle with my deep cleaning! The Doc is hilarious as always! Plus it was much cheaper than anticipated! Absolutely recommend this practice! Just make sure to cancel or reschedule 48hrs prior to an appointment or you will be charged a hefty cancellation fee!

Nadya Dostan For a first time visit, I was blown away! I called in for a chipped tooth and they got me in same day! I was treated very well by all the staff and the dentist himself. He made sure I was very informed in my decisions moving forward, as I had to get an extraction and implant. Again, I got that done same day! Didnt even have to schedule a separate appointment! Both dentist and assistant made me feel calm and heard when I had concerns. I think I found my new dentist!

Arnetta Christensen Comfort Dental on 140th and Pacific Ave is the best. The doctors and staff are kind, considerate and caring. Dr Nuttall is very gentle and continually concerned about my comfort throughout any procedure. They worked with me to make sure I understood my options beforehand and helped me make the best choice for my particular case. In this hurried world it’s very refreshing to find a business that truly cares about their individual clients and treats them like extended family.

Willow Valens I just had two (massive) fillings done today and I gotta say, I am so impressed with these guys. literally everyone at this office is great. from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the techs, Ive never been made to feel anything but welcome. they even asked me if I wanted a blanket to stay warm during the procedure (which was much appreciated bc Im always cold). and the work the dentist does is GREAT. my teeth feel and look so much better (I think one of my teeth was more than half gone, and now it looks as good as new). I could not say enough good things about these guys.

sarah long I LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! Kristi was the first person I spoke with when making an appt and she was so friendly and personable. She actually made me want to go to the dentist... Kerri (not sure on spelling) was such a wonderful person to take my rays and get me settled. I was quite nervous to be there and she made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Smith was funny and knowledgeable. I needed a referral for some other dental work and Kerri and Kristi called the other office while i was still there and got me in an hour later! When has that ever happened!? Anita was also very friendly at the front desk. I am now switching my husband and daughter here. Thank you all:)

Dr. Lee was also knowledgeable, friendly, and quite patient with me during my cleaning. Andrea Buskeness They told me I needed to get my fillings replaced, even tho I had no issues going on with them. They said they were old and that it was necessary. Now I have SEVERE tooth sensitivity where the new fillings are. Its been months and has nit gotten any better. I had zero tooth sensitivity before. I will never go back to that place. Staff is nice tho and the appointment time you make is when you will be seen. NO waiting. So thats the only good part. Not good enough for me to trust them with my teeth ever again tho. Horrible results. I should have kept my old fillings. Anything I put in my mouth now has to be perfect temp. Nothing cold or hot at all. They ruined my teeth.

Valorie Meads Repairs to my denture by Jennifer assisted by Kailand in the Tacoma office were terrific. Not mette is around!only got repairs done well but they refitted and adjusted them for better suction so I didnt have to use paste or powder any more though I had needed to use them daily since they were originally made a few years ago. Kind, professional, and thorough. Willamette is great!

Greer Family Horrible!!! Don’t go here! Wasted thousands on a root canal and crown — still in horrible pain! Root canal was not done correctly. I had to go to a new dentist that had to pull the tooth then I paid thousands more for an implant. They didn’t listen to me when explaining where it was hurting - didn’t take me serious when I was still in pain after the root canal- language barrier- and if you see lots of positive reviews it’s because they bribe you with Starbucks gift cards for 5 star reviews. Same your time and money!

Carolyn Lehl I moved to Tacoma this past year from Arizona where I had an amazing dentist who I had been going to for years. I didnt think I could ever find another dentist who could match him. I was pleasantly surprised at my first appointment with Dr. Song. From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a friendly smile from Michelle and checked in very quickly. The office is run very efficiently. They respect your appointment time and take you back quickly. I found Dr. Song, along with all of his staff, to be very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Song is very thorough and found issues my previous dentist had missed. The dental work he has done for me is excellent. Im happy to say that I have found a fantastic dentist that I plan to see for many years to come.

Aurora Christy If you are looking for an unreliable dentist who will book appointments incorrectly and delay cleanings 9-10 months this is the dentist for you. When we first started coming here in 2020 they were great. We were able to book our cleanings every six months and we were able to be seen as needed for various things that came up. Considering that all the other dentists within the Delta care network lackluster, I felt like we were set up pretty good. In the last year and a half they booked an appointment for my teenager and then were not in the office that morning. I scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday and they put it in their calendar for a Tuesday. Even though the card they wrote the time and day on was for Wednesday. When they called to confirm my appointment I informed them that I was scheduled for Wednesday as I would not schedule a Tuesday appointment since that is a day I work and the appointment card said Wednesday and they had to reschedule my appointment nine months later. They cant even keep to the six month cleaning schedule. My wife went in for a cleaning and they let her know she has a cavity and told her they have been watching it for a while. Every other time she has gone in they have said her teeth are good. So they are not giving trustworthy information about her oral health. At my last cleaning the hygienist didnt floss my teeth properly and only polished half my front teeth. Ive seen other patients private health information pulled up when I have been seated before so they dont do a good job at protecting patient privacy. Today they called to inform us that they will no longer be contracting with our insurance so our future appointments will be canceled. Which is fine because we were planning to find a new dentist after switching dental plans during the next open enrollment period. Overall I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.

Anna Bacus The employees here are amazing, I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of calling, even with me being a new patient. My insurance was approved before confirming the appointment so I knew exactly what to be prepared for. I was informed to be at the office 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to complete paperwork, I was also notified of the 72 hour cancellation policy. When I arrived there were a few other patients ahead of me, I completed my paperwork and was seen before the appointment time, no long wait at all. Being a new patient and not knowing what to expect, my nerves got the best of me but the staff was so kind, and the Dentist was beyond professional and understanding. He was very gentle and talked me through the different options I had and reassured me throughout each step of the process, and offered to start immediately on whatever I chose to move forward with. Heather also went over everything in detail and there was no pressure from anyone to make a decision on the spot. Before I called this office, I did my research and read reviews for multiple different dentists in the area, the one thing that stood out to me with this office is how they respond to their reviews, including the negative ones. It seemed to me to be with the upmost respect which made me feel even more comfortable with my decision to try them out. I appreciated all the kindness shown to me and will absolutely be seeing them again.

Melanie Schonborg I have to say, this is the best dental office to go to when you have a child on the spectrum. Frankie was so attentive to my child (hes very cautious with physical attention other than my husband and I). We have searched dental care for our child since we moved here in 2021and this is the best place to go for kiddos that have anxiety or on the spectrum. I would recommend Frankie for all kids and adults dental needs. This is the best place in Washington that I have found.

Amy C. The prettiest dental office Ive ever seen! The staff was lovely – very kind and considerate of my anxiety going in for a filling. Dr Charlie told me that red heads tend to burn through numbing medication faster and was very attentive, checking in regularly, administering more numbing/pain medication when needed. I appreciated the follow up text the next day to make sure everything was healing okay. I already have my next cleaning scheduled and will definitely be going to them for any future needs.

John Carter Been a patient of Dr. Stewart for close to 15 years. I have a lot of hereditary teeth problems & have been to many dentists in my lifetime. He finds the most cost-effective treatment and is a straight-forward dentist who gets the job done right without any added fluff or nonsense, as I’ve found with other dentists. I appreciate him immensely. His heart is big as he donates his time & knowledge to others (children primarily) in countries that don’t have the dental treatment we have in America. Frye Tristain (Twist) By far Jeffrey is THE BEST DENTIST I have ever seen. I have severe dental anxiety and I forgot I was even in the chair. He worked up a dental plan that save most of my teeth that were all broken from previous bad dental practices. He asked me what I wanted and didnt just shoot for the options that were not good for my bone or would make him the most money no matter the outcome. I highly recommend this practice. My friend has been his patient for 25 years and travels across the state just to see him for his dental needs. I am so grateful to have met Jeffrey. He really seems to care about his patients.
