5 /5 Anna Bacus: The employees here are amazing, I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of calling, even with me being a new patient. My insurance was approved before confirming the appointment so I knew exactly what to be prepared for. I was informed to be at the office 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to complete paperwork, I was also notified of the 72 hour cancellation policy. When I arrived there were a few other patients ahead of me, I completed my paperwork and was seen before the appointment time, no long wait at all. Being a new patient and not knowing what to expect, my nerves got the best of me but the staff was so kind, and the Dentist was beyond professional and understanding. He was very gentle and talked me through the different options I had and reassured me throughout each step of the process, and offered to start immediately on whatever I chose to move forward with. Heather also went over everything in detail and there was no pressure from anyone to make a decision on the spot. Before I called this office, I did my research and read reviews for multiple different dentists in the area, the one thing that stood out to me with this office is how they respond to their reviews, including the negative ones. It seemed to me to be with the upmost respect which made me feel even more comfortable with my decision to try them out. I appreciated all the kindness shown to me and will absolutely be seeing them again.

5 /5 Melanie Schonborg: I have to say, this is the best dental office to go to when you have a child on the spectrum. Frankie was so attentive to my child (hes very cautious with physical attention other than my husband and I). We have searched dental care for our child since we moved here in 2021and this is the best place to go for kiddos that have anxiety or on the spectrum. I would recommend Frankie for all kids and adults dental needs. This is the best place in Washington that I have found.

5 /5 Marcie Swazer: Going to the dentist can be really stressful and scary but Dr Bui really made me feel comfortable and safe. All of the ladies that work in the office are very professional, kind, and helpful. Upon my first arrival, Heather welcomed me and helped me get checked in and settled. The office was clean and well taken care of. My appointment went much better than expected and Ill be back for future dental needs because they were so easy to work with and gave me a pain free experience!

1 /5 high moon: Ive been coming here for years. But bad business practices have caused me to dislike this specific location. I had outstanding balances with this company and they failed to communicate anything with me. It wasnt until my insurance clarified that my payments owed were for procedures that I never needed. They were charging me for fluoride! After I found out, mint dental said they will look into just to call me 4 months later to remind me of an appointment and casual mention I owe them money. The fact they never updated me about the situation knowing they are the ones who implemented these charges on me without my knowledge is beyond me. Ive been very patient with the whole situation because I felt bad that my insurance was yelling at the receptionist for bad business practice. But now I see why. Luckily I kept my cool but from now on I will never trust this place or their business practices . My insurance saved me a lot of headache by telling me better places to get dental care. Never go here.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and professional office staff who made me feel right at home. They took the time to listen to my concerns and really showed that they cared about my well-being, which is so refreshing in a dental office. The dental providers were equally impressive. They treated me with kindness and respect, ensuring I was comfortable throughout my visit. They took the time to explain each procedure and addressed all my questions thoroughly, which truly alleviated any anxiety I had. It’s evident that they are passionate about their work and genuinely invested in their patients’ health. I also appreciated how they tailored their approach to meet my individual needs, making sure that I felt supported and understood. From first walking in the door to the end of my appointment, they say first impressions are the most important and each of them stayed true and real. I was treated with the utmost respect and their smiles were consistent with the utmost sincerity nothing pretentious. I felt that I had known each of them forever. So to you Emma and Sydni and Desiray and Dr. Layacan a heartfelt thank you for all you were and all you did. There is no better dental studio than theirs which is now mine.

Ryan Baldwin: Everyone from the front desk all the way up to the dentist is a professional. Each time I have visited (about 6 times), I was greeted by name. My concerns and questions were always heard and answered in a compassionate and informative manner. That includes with insurance coverage, scheduling, cleanings, and the “uh-oh, what is that thing going in my mouth” dental work. I was treated with dignity and positivity throughout the entire process. They have blankets and a neck pillow if you need one. If I ever felt discomfort, Dr. Reynolds immediately stopped and adjusted his methods to make me more comfortable. They actively call and text to confirm appointments and accommodate my schedule when a better time becomes available. I was able to split treatment between years to help maximize my insurance benefits. Billing was never an issue and I knew what to expect thanks to my treatment plan. People seem to really like working here, and I think that translates to a great experience for patients. I rarely write reviews, but this business absolutely earns its high ratings.

Alexis: Clinic violated ADA LAWS!!! Upon arriving for a scheduled appointment, the front desk staff made the patient so uncomfortable that the patient walked out. The receptionist lacks training and legal knowledge. She claimed a spouse needs a medical POA to help assist with answering any medical history information. Pt. informed the office via paperwork that they suffer from cognitive and developmental delays, that having his partner there for medical advocacy was necessary. This is where this office violated ada laws! Not only did the office deplete a disabled individuals social and emotional battery, they chased him away without being seen. Would absolutely NOT recommend this clinic if you are disabled and require any advocacy. This office will speak out of turn, cut you off, and tell you to come back with a notarized document that ISNT state required. Edit to add: The receptionist insisted that helping answer pt. Medical hx violated hipaa laws. HIPAA does not apply if a domestic partner is only providing medical history or other relevant information to a healthcare provider and not requesting any protected health information (PHI) about the patient. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulates how healthcare providers disclose patient health information, not how they receive it. A support person, such as a domestic partner, can share medical history, symptoms, or other details without needing special authorization. However, if they also want to receive health information or discuss the patients care with the provider, HIPAA rules would then apply, requiring patient consent. Under the ADA Title III, healthcare providers (including dental offices) must make reasonable modifications in policies, practices, and procedures to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Denying a support person’s assistance without a valid reason (such as a legal restriction) may be considered a failure to provide reasonable accommodation. I WILL be filing a formal complaint to the Washington state human rights commission. Your office has cameras, the encounter is documented, and this can not be ignored.

Larry Childs: This was my first visit to Woodland Dental. I was warmly received and welcomed as a new patient by the receptionist. It’s a very inviting and professional environment. I was highly impressed by my hygienist Libby. She was very friendly, explained everything, and very thorough in her work. After not having a dental checkup for far too long I expected a “lecture” about flossing, etc. That didn’t happen and she was extremely kind and positive about what I had been doing with great suggestions on how to improve my oral health. Dr. Louie was very efficient and positive, and again exuded a friendly, positive experience. I’m actually looking forward to my next checkup and cleaning in six months. Thank you Woodland Dental staff for making this rather enjoyable.

I was deeply grieved when he passed away (at over 80). That office felt like family & when he was gone, I was adrift. I’ve tried several offices & dentist since then. Though others were certainly competent, I never felt truly at home with any of them. I am overjoyed to report that I’ve found another of that amazing caliber (and maybe even a bit more fun)! I’ve been with Dove Family Dentistry for several years now and I have nothing but praise for every single member of the staff that has served me! Their workmanship is second to none! I was enormously pleased when I visited a dental specialist (specializing in sleep) & he admitted the work completed in this office was so well done that it wasn’t easy for him to spot! They’ve given me choices but always taken my decision without trying to “upsell” ANYTHING!! I was truly “sold” when Dr. VanTramp assured me that (expensive) procedures that two other (independent) dentists had told me would be required to save several of my front teeth would NOT be necessary! Lately I’ve had to finally accept a couple of crowns (eeek!) but found that in their gentle, efficient and knowledgeable hands, it was really NO BIG DEAL!! Honestly, if you appreciate fun & happy people working with excellence, I don’t believe you can do better than visit Dr. VanTramp and his tremendous staff!
