5 /5 kirsten kime: I really want to give 4* for all but 1 mediocre pedicure Ive received here. However, they dont honor their pricing for girls services. The first time I took my daughter along and stated she wanted a kids pedicure, she/I were asked at least 5 times how old she was. This last time when I corrected the price I was charged after the service she asked my daughter how old she was, and when my daughter stated "11" she said she was too old. I stated to her that the menu both online and in the shop stated 12 and under. She then spoke to another woman in their native language before adjusting the cost. With her getting gel and myself using standard polish both of our costs were over $40 each, so its not like I save that much... I think its $10 discount overall. Its really the principle. My daughter was uncomfortable for a 2nd time (all over her age and her being tall), so Ill take my business elsewhere even though they do a good job. I dont like dishonesty, and I dont appreciate them questioning her the way that they did. *The owner called to apologize and talk about the issue. Offered a 10% discount and asked to have another try. Very impressed with her care to make things right.

2 /5 Chikondi Matias: Acrylic nails are supposed to be comfortable but these are not...l love nail trim and the nails are always great but today l felt like a wasted my time and money as l am cutting these nails ...l keep scratching myself with the way they were shaped..the French is good but the shaping no l might end up hurting a client at work as l am a CNA

4 /5 Theresa Varrelli: Nails Trix does a great job w the basic nails. I wish they were as good w the designs. I asked for the design in first pic. And got design in second pic. Not even close. Fortunately, I liked the design that was done.

I started getting my nails done for the first time ever last year, this was my second nail salon I tried and absolutely love since its close to my house and never had bad experience. Ive come here as a regular for almost a year! Ive gotten my nails mostly done by Kim, she is so sweet, kind and attentive to detail. The nails are high quality and last the whole time until I need a fill. They are very strong! Something unique I noticed at this salon is they are very gentle with your hands and all the staff are very sweet. She is fast but doesnt rush, if youre looking for the cute pointy nails, shes really good at those. But honestly I would trust any of the girls here to do my nails! I usually get french tips or ombre. Thank you to all the beautiful ladies here making it a pleasant experience!
