5 /5 Kelsi Anderson: Mindy is THE best. Shes always ready for me when I get there, which I appreciate for the professionalism! She listens to me and offers suggestions. We try new things sometimes. Shes really great if I ever have issues with my schedule, which, even if she wasnt able to move things around that would be fine because it would be on me if there was a problem! I always look forward to seeing her. She has this amazing aura about her that makes you feel good and comfortable while youre there. Mindy seems like shes happy while she works on me. We have great conversations and get along really well. I went a few years without getting my hair done at all, so I had my natural color, which I do not like, and Mindy transitioned me back to the blonde color I missed so much. She just does such a great job and I cannot recommend her more! Thank you Mindy!!!

5 /5 Racheal Jones-Junior: Love the ladies at Opulence Studio! I have been getting my hair cut and colored by Mecca for 10 years now and I wont go to anyone else. My hair is fine yet dense and has a mind of its own and Mecca is always able to tame it and make me look and feel beautiful! I frequently get compliments on what a nice job she does with the color. She also does a beautiful job on my step daughters long curly multicultural hair. Her partner Mindy is so sweet and her customers always leave looking gorgeous as well.

I even moved out of the state for several years and would wait until I visited to see Mecca for my hair needs. My hair always looks fantastic and feels so healthy when I leave her chair. Tara Elken: Lengthy visit. Owner/Operator has a lovely personality. Working mom. If you are looking for "glamorous". This is not the place. Hair services were my visit. The environment is down to earth. Chatty. If you are on a tight schedule or easily over stimulated I would suggest that you call ahead and specify your needs. A tad on the expensive side but not executive level. I recommend you visit here at least once or twice. You might just fall in love.

Amber B.: Went to this salon and absolutely love it. My daughter and I had our haircut and styled by Kenz. My daughter is 6 and has a hard time sitting still but Kenz was amazing with her and was able to give her a beautiful haircut. I changed my hair style as Ive had. the same haircut for about 15 years. Showed Kenz the picture and my hair is exactly what I showed her. This is our second time with Kenz cutting our hair and now I wont go anywhere else. Also the salon is beautiful and right on the water.

Angelina McCumber: I should have done this last February when I got to experience Chong. I had a haircut, and she was extremely open to my suggestion, but she was also a great student of a clients character and knew what hair style would fit me as an individual. She did not rush at all. In fact, she took her time to make sure that my haircut was up to par. I wanted my hair colored, but she firmly explained to me that during that time, a perm would ruin my still dyed hair. She was definitely not all about the money. I consider her to be an artist and a very loving person because she even suggested that I can go somewhere else if I really wanted a perm because she cared more about how my hair should be taken care of so that it wont end up damaged. We spent the whole time talking about me. She is an empath, and for some reason, I opened up to her that day because I was going through something. She genuinely cared, and I felt seen and heard. She even drove me home! The next day, I asked if we could work on my haircut a bit more, and she was so gracious about it. Unlike other salons, she never charged me for extra work. I remember that she styled my hair because it was the weekend, and jokingly said that I deserve a "weekend look!" When I mentioned that I wish I could do the styling myself at home for special occasions but did not have the proper instrument, she had an extra one and gave it to me. I went to her salon to look good, but I ended up having a great relationship and went home knowing I had a new friend who might have my back if I needed her. I would like for you to receive the treatment she gave me! This is why I wrote a lengthy review.
