But today unfortunately they cancelled my appointment without any reason and are not even giving me the next available appointment as well. I had taken this appointment from December.

    Bianca Magallon: This place is a complete joke. They make you pay before the appointment and that says it all. Measuring your height with boots and a hat on? The eye exam with your glasses on? They just want and need your money. They couldn’t care less about providing any service for you. I wish I read the most recent reviews before scheduling. My bank was nice enough to refund me due to the bad service. They called us a week later saying they are sending it to collections.

    Benjamin Madison: Doctor made me feel like an idiot for even coming in and potentially exposing her. Im not looking to expose my illness to anyone, but I have had pneumonia in the past and wanted to make sure that that wasnt what I was experiencing this time around. She acted annoyed and short. At one point she checked my right ear, and the instrument she was using was quite uncomfortable in my ear, so I instinctually moved my head away from her, and she pulled the instrument out and when I asked her how it looked she said "I dont know, you were moving your head away." I found myself apologizing to her and feeling stupid for even taking the time out of my day to visit the clinic.

    Crysss: Dr. Nicole Johnson is by far the best pediatrician we’ve seen. My kids have gone with her for 5+ years now and we are not planning on changing that anytime soon. She’s caring, informative, helpful and always treats us amazing. Her assistant Shatoya … hands down one of the greatest, it’s always a pleasure going in and being treated by these ladies. They excel at their job, you can tell they love what they do by the way they treat us. Great teamwork from them. Sometimes the wait time can go for a little longer but it’s totally worth it ! 10/10

We come to this clinic just to see Dr. Mustafe. Unfortunately today is our last day here.

    Brooke Peterson: I have been going here for several years and have never felt supported by my primary care doctor or the staff. However, no issues were big enough to find a new PCP, as it can be difficult. Over the last few years, my doctor has attributed every problem I bring into my weight, not listening to my concerns, and overall making me feel unsupported. Mind you, the issues I have come i with have nothing to do with my weight. I have requested the last several appointments she not bring up my weight and continues to do so. I experienced my final straw this week. Last Friday, I called in for a prescription refill that I have been on for over ten years. The pharmacy stated I did not need an appointment and said they would refill the medication. I called today, Wednesday, because my pharmacy had still not received the refill (I am feeling quite ill by now), they stated that they denied it because I needed to see the doctor. Not only had they not told me I didnt need an appointment, but they hadnt bothered to call me and tell me about the change. They refused to refill my medication without an appointment, despite it being a very non-controlled substance and one I have been on for a very long time. I really do not recommend this place or Dr. Mahal to anyone who wants to feel heard or receive quality medical care. This place is outdated, rushed, runs behind in scheduling, has horrific communication, and the medical care behind it all is bad (at least for this one doctor, unsure about the rest of the staff). Note that reception and those who answer the phone are always kind and empathetic, I appreciate those staff and have always had a good experience with them.

The facility was clean, well-equipped. Highly recommend this center for a smooth and caring childbirth experience. Later on the ER room They were attentive to my son needs, and efficient in providing treatment. The facility was clean and well-organized, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this ER for anyone seeking prompt and high-quality medical care.
