I have a slight phobia of going to the dentist and I have to say the office was clean, comfortable, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. The secretary greeted me with a smile and got me checked in. The dental hygienist (sorry didn’t catch name as I was nervous) was so nice, she took good care of me. She was gentle, took her time and handled my anxiousness without getting upset or rude. She was confident, thorough and I could tell without a doubt she knew what she was doing. Then the dentist (Andrey Vorobets) came in and he was also kind, and didn’t make me feel ashamed, embarrassed, or uncomfortable regarding my lack of dental care. I do brush my teeth daily and take care of my teeth to the best of my ability, but haven’t been to the dentist besides emergency services in over 8 years. He went over my X-rays and explained everything clearly. He was not rushing, pushy or trying to make me do anything I didn’t feel comfortable with. In fact he let me know I was in charge of my dental care and moving at my own pace. When the dentist finished up the insurance administrator came in to go over my care plan and billing. She was also nice and explained things well. My insurance is in-network so the prices were affordable and I was able to move forward and get started on deep cleaning right away. I left feeling hopeful and optimistic about getting my dental hygiene back on track!! With all this taken into amount I would recommend anyone to Padden Dental. Especially if you are like me and have anxiety or stress regarding going to the dentist.

5 /5 Melanie Monks: Favorite dentist Ive ever had! The front office is just as great and important as the back and they all do exceptional work! Ive always felt cared for above and beyond. I now live in Portland, but this is the one medical service my husband and I wont switch to anywhere else as long as were within a reasonable driving distance. Worth it!

1 /5 Miglo Vang: The owner Eric does a good job, but the associate lady dentist does a crappy job. I think she left that place. Got two root canals with two crowns done 4 yrs ago by that lady on the same day, one of the tooth she worked on broke off completely a few mos ago. Cant put a post on it for repair now, that tooth cant ever be repaired again. They said it was my fault over the phone and I didnt take care of it. But how come the other tooth they worked on is still standing if its my fault? Never going back there. Terrible service. They also kept hanging up on me as I tried to call them back. The front desk people are nasty, they think they own that place and can hang up anytime they want to.

5 /5 Mark Nashif: I’ve had several cleanings, fillings, and root canals with Padden Dental. The entire staff is always so friendly and they are look out to make sure I feel comfortable—the dentist has always been my most dreaded appt, and since my experience with PD that is changing! They are excellent at their work and very tech-forward. I am grateful to have found them (especially after the crowns completely removed my old metal fillings!!)

Today Marisol did my cleaning and she was a lot of fun and had perfect suggestions for at home additional care for my teeth that i will actually stick with. The doctor is also fantastic. He will work with you and your needs. He explains issues, procedures and possible solutions clearly, and bonus, he has a wonderful sense of humor. Even the reception staff have always been inviting.

From the last minute help, the receptionist guy who helped with everything or the oral surgeon that helped me alleviate some serious pain. Harrison Adams: I had avoided the dentist for several years until a tooth became too painful to use one side of my mouth. I came into Lee Family Dental simply for proximity and insurance coverage. I had to send my insurance twice, once over the phone and once over text, I also had to fill out the patient forms twice, not sure what happened on their end in both these cases but its forgivable, at least they wanted to be sure everything on file was correct. I had no wait at all, they were prepared on-time. the waiting room does have an uncomfy vibe in my opinion, a little dry visually and tense but since I didnt need to wait long its fine. could be improved especially for kids. while my concern was the hurting tooth, the staff have their own priorities when it comes to overall dental health. internally I objected but in hindsight Im glad they cared enough to provide a comprehensive exam. when it came time to address the tooth, the dentist was very meticulous in diagnosing the exact problem. using pressure, cold exposure, photos and x-ray analysis. the tooth had a couple fractures and we decided that the best route would be to core and crown the tooth. I am a bit phobic of dental work and the staff was very helpful and discussed my options, but in the end we went ahead on the understanding that I could take a break at any time during the procedure if I needed to. the temporary crown was unfortunately one of the worst experiences of my life. before I left they asked if my "bite" felt normal - but there are a couple problems with that question. first of all, my mouth was numb from anesthetic. second, I had not used that side of my mouth to chew for over a year. impossible to tell them if it felt normal. apparently it was NOT correct because I spent the next 8 days in serious pain, it reminded me of having braces tightened but it wasnt improving. I called them on the 7th day after the weekend and they offered to have me come in that morning for the permanent crown (I came in the next day). this was a very painful process, no anesthetic this time (to ensure it is fitting). the dentist was commited to doing a good job and paid no attention to my moaning, which actually made me feel more confident in him, before I had not felt too sure after the pain of the temporary. he was very detailed in his work ensuring all the excess cement was cleared away and filed down some areas of the crown to create space. it has been 24 hours so a little soon to be 100% sure of the results, but I am convinced that this is a reputable dentistry and the work is good. the zirconia crown is strong so the tooth isnt bothering me even without a root canal. I hope it ends up being a finished job I will update again with any issues.
