It was quite a long wait time, but the Dr. immediately made an apology, so I dont think its the norm. He provided clear and detailed information to help with my decision-making. I was especially pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the office administrator. She explained my payment options well and quickly followed up with an email confirming our conversation. I am more than satisfied with my visit.
Sound to Mountain Dental - Tacoma Doc: Very professional but still approachable and friendly. Talks with you, not TO you. Very nice office, staff is really friendly and caring and try hard to make sure all is well. They liked my service dog, Chesty and he was in there while the exam took place. Dentist is a Bass player, how can you lose? EDIT: I had a dental emergency and they got me in that day. I was 36 years Navy medical and I could have learned a lot from this guy as far as customer service and how to treat people goes. Non-judgmental very good at what he does and like I said before hes a bass player how can you lose?
Korsmo Family Dental - Tacoma Fred Olin: I stopped by to check out this recommendation from a friend at church. The gals up front were nice and friendly and showed a real interest in me as a person.
As Dr. Korsmo was taking new patients, they had me fill out some paperwork to verify my insurance. As I was doing that (and having a free cup of coffee) they informed me that my insurance would cover my care AND that they had a “no show” and if I was willing to wait 5 minutes the doctor might be willing to take a look at my teeth.
He shared with me what he was seeing, discussed what I had done previously and made some recommendations for my treatment in the future. All in “layman” terms!
Apparently the “no show” had an appointment for a cleaning, as I was able to get my teeth cleaned after his exam. I was so pleased with my experience that I now have an appointment six months (and a day) from now.
Excellent Dental Care Center - Tacoma Alma Juarez: They were very professional and super friendly!.. I felt very confortable and if I had any discomfort they were quick to do what they could to make it better!! Also they where very prompt didn’t have to wait long!
Tranquility Dental Wellness - Tacoma Devin Prothero: Beautiful business. Hygienist was thorough. The doctor came in and did her exam but really didn’t tell me anything about my teeth. I do love going here. I just wish the discussion with the dentist was a bit more thorough.
One Stop Dentistry - Tacoma Ty Moore: What a hidden gem! My regular dentist was on vacation and referred me to One Stop when I had an old filling fall out. Dr Norooz made himself available for me to come in right away, put in a temporary filling, and –– heres the kicker –– didnt charge me (or my insurance) a dime! The staff where all very friendly, relaxed, and attentive. Such a contrast from some of these chain dentistry places where Ive felt like a cog in a money-making machine!
Giesy Family and Implant Dentistry - Tacoma Tina Lewis: Giesy Family Dentistry is absolutely an amazing place to not only receive quality, top flight dental care, but to receive the care in a gentle, respectful and compassionate way by all the dental professionals. In addition to the dental care, the support staff at Geisy Family Dentistry are phenomenal at customer service, which is extremely important in all places of business, but crucial when it comes to dental care. Prior to coming to Giesy Family Dentistry, my husband and I were with our dentist for over 30 years and after he retired, we didn’t think we would ever find a dental group as good as the one we had been with for all those years! It took some time of searching, but we finally found our forever “dental care home” with Dr. Giesy and his team. Only problem we see is that Dr. Giesy won’t be able to retire for another 30 years. Sorry Dr. G!
Petrie Advanced Dental - Tacoma Sandra Bauer: I have been a patient of Dr. Petrie’s since he acquired the dental practice I had been with since the early 1970s. He is a wonderful dentist! This practice works with patients to ensure proper professional care is given. Dr. Petrie is very knowledgeable and compassionate, and has a great sense of humor as well! He has a wonderful staff, from front office to dental hygienists, and everyone works together to ensure patients get the best possible care. All staff are aware of the impact of oral care on general health conditions. Everyone goes above and beyond to answer any questions concerning dental conditions, treatments, and home care. I highly recommend Petrie Advanced Dental.
Evergreen Oral Surgery - tacoma - Tacoma Rita Gallerani: I had a large molar extracted. The whole process went very well. The staff was kind, supportive and helpful. I didnt have much contact with the doctor, but he did the job so quickly and painlessly nothing more was necessary. He had the disadvantage that Id had my consult with a different doctor.
