2 /5 Sarah Streeter: Very nice people, but not a great experience. I called ahead to ask if they do gel manicures for natural nails. They said yes and said they could do french manicure. The gentleman that did my nails first started to remove my old gel polish with the drill file. I said no. Then came back with a heavy grit fake nail file. I said no. He wasnt sure how to take it off without those. I asked him to wrap them and soak it off. He wrapped them for a few minutes then started to use a file again. I showed him that you can just scrape it off after you soak it for a while. No nail shaping but he did trim my cuticles. Then made several failed attempts to paint on the french tips. It took a long time to do one hand and he kept doing it over and over. They were very cooked. I asked him to stop and said Id just pay for a manicure. He wiped of the white tips and I left with just a base coat on my nails. Their reviews were good so maybe they just arent good with natural nails. I wish they would have been honest about it when I called so I didnt waste my time and money. My pedicure was equally disappointing. The woman who did it barely waved the cutical tool over my toes like a magic wand lol. Then polished them with a considerable gap making it look like they were polished a week ago.

1 /5 Rana Alkhalisi: I been using this shop over 2 years with no issue. But this time I un happy at all, I got my nails done with bad shape, the guy told bc your nails is too short !! When it short you can put the nail all the way down.. I had to get this fix by other shop and paid extra money..

5 /5 Rhianna Goetz: Ive been using this shop for the last 3 years and have been treated better than ANY other shop. Staff is lovely, accommodating, helpful and tolerant. I enjoy my time while Im there, never have a bad nail job. Too many photos to post but I will update on my next trip

Matia: My mom has been going here for a while and shes had many complaints and has told me about them. Yesterday she went in for a fill and the lady beside her was also getting ger nails done, my mom told me the lady besode her asked for her old nails to be SOAKED OFF. Instead my mom said the lady doing her nails ignored her and started filing the nail off, while she was filing my mom said she ripped off the customers entire fingernail and it started bleeding everywhere. After that my mom said they continued to ignore the customer (she was making noise that she was clearly in pain) and the lady doing her nails immediately put RUBBING ALCOHOL right on her finger that just got a nail ripped off…it was painful even hearing about it. Along with this, they also told my mom she would have to get a whole new set to do ombre? which isnt hard.. im genuinely wondering how any of these uneducated and ignorant asians got their nail liscense. I told my mom to stop going here and i highly highly recommend you stop going here too. They rush everything, unsanitary, overpriced, rude workers, and theyll talk crap about you in their language. Better off getting a private nail artist through instagram.

Angeles Oseguera: Nail salons are not doing so much of a good job anymore. I am upset because I came here to change the color of my nails. The lady was filing my nails. After coming to my car I looked at my nails better and I see she didn’t file them well. I am so upset because I wanted better results. I paid $40 for a color change.

Frans Miller: Had a terrific experience at Lamour Nail Spa, scheduled a Saturday afternoon appointment for two pedicures. Had ample options for treatment to include jelly and other services. Was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, provided water while we waited since we arrived a bit early. Professional staff that was attentive to our needs. Left feeling good and feet feeling great! Will defiantly be back.

K. N.: I have been going here since i was in high school. They have never disappointed me. Today I made an appointment last minute but they only had one spot left. I gave it to my friend and sat with them while they were getting their nails done. Once Kim was finished she stayed and did my nails anyways even though it was super late. She did an amazing job like always. I love that they always remember me even if I dont come for months on end and they always ask about my mothers wellbeing. I will always come here like I have been for over 15 years. Thank you always for the amazing service.

Cindy Robertson: The staff was outstanding! They did a fantastic job taking care of us. 3 people getting mani/pedi and 2 eyebrow waxing. We made an appointment for 10 AM on a Sunday. They even took care of a horrible ingrown toenail I had. She was fantastic. They were very nice and skilled. We will be going back!

kirsten kime: I really want to give 4* for all but 1 mediocre pedicure Ive received here. However, they dont honor their pricing for girls services. The first time I took my daughter along and stated she wanted a kids pedicure, she/I were asked at least 5 times how old she was. This last time when I corrected the price I was charged after the service she asked my daughter how old she was, and when my daughter stated "11" she said she was too old. I stated to her that the menu both online and in the shop stated 12 and under. She then spoke to another woman in their native language before adjusting the cost. With her getting gel and myself using standard polish both of our costs were over $40 each, so its not like I save that much... I think its $10 discount overall. Its really the principle. My daughter was uncomfortable for a 2nd time (all over her age and her being tall), so Ill take my business elsewhere even though they do a good job. I dont like dishonesty, and I dont appreciate them questioning her the way that they did. *The owner called to apologize and talk about the issue. Offered a 10% discount and asked to have another try. Very impressed with her care to make things right.

Soung Son: I have been to many Nail Salons and this is one of the few I enjoy going to with my girlfriend. Been here twice now due to moving near federal way. Tried out a couple places and We seem to end up coming here for a few reasons. But I will get straight to the point on my review for this place. 1-The employees here are very friendly and kind. I also always just call to see if they are busy but most likely just end up walking in as well. 2-Girlfriend gets her nails done, and the guys (yes guys, we usually go in a group of 2-3) to get pedicures and it is great. 3-Pedicures feel great we get the (Special) for about $25 and at the end is what I love, the bag with some purple goo. Its warm and makes my feet feel great. 4- Great place to stop by since its so close to all the shopping places here. Plus the massage chairs are decent and always feel good. I always end up passing out and waking up alone, but the ladies are kind and never seem to mind me ha! Definitely worth trying!
