4 /5 Hayley Thiel: It’s a small, regular quality, nail salon. I enjoy coming here because they do really good, simple, manicures and pedicures. Nothing too ornate or detailed, but still elegant and understated. Which is exactly what I’m looking for. If you’re wanting fancy art or extravagant nails, I would look for a more niche technician elsewhere. These ladies do a beautiful natural nail and I love it. The prices are extremely reasonable and the services are always timely. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be sat and my manicure never takes more than an hour. I would absolutely recommend.

1 /5 Nicole Charley: I am so impressed! very clean, and so efficient with their work. Over 300 colors of dip to choose from! Thorough and excellent job on my nails and an even better price than other salons for a dip plus manicure! I think I found my new spot!- This was after they first opened Flash forward to October of 2024. The last few times Ive come here Ive noticed a decline in the quality of staff and the quality of their work. I had to sit through one of the top three worst pedicures Ive ever had. She asked me if everything was OK and I said no, but nothing in her delivery changed despite me clearly being unhappy with how it was going. You cant just tell someone "youre not doing it right", so I dont know how to tell her the pedicure is not thorough. I pointed out to the clear spot that needed to be worked on and she acted like she didnt see. The pedicure I had she BARELY used pressure for the skin remover and did it for two seconds, and same thing with the pumice stone. Then gave the lightest massage, not even a massage, just softly rubbing in the lotion. This is expensive!!! 50 dollars for something I could have done at home. I shouldnt have wasted my time and money by coming here, I got so upset and felt powerless to do anything. Just had to sit through a trash service, I wanted to get up and walk out mid pedicure. I felt so uncomfortabe. It sounds dramatic but its so hard to finally make time to do something for yourself and pay hard earned money for it, and it end up being a huge disappointment and money and time wasted. Ill never be back.

5 /5 Hafa Adai: I’m a very busy woman and time is most precious and scarce. I was highly disappointed when I was turn away by the bougie Salon caddy corner from ProNails(you can figure out which one). I arrived at 6:35pm (they close at 7pm), I was told all the nail technicians are gone for the day. I counted seven were still present. So I scurried to Pro Nail (6:40-they close at 7:00). I was greeted with kindness and respect. They all made me feel welcome and unhurried. Lily took her time and did everything that I asked for. This is a family owned and operated salon. Not a money mill that three technicians work on you so they can get onto the next tipper. Thank you Pro Nail, I will definitely bring my family (I come from a huge family) and friends here and no where else!
