I have been a patient of Dr. Lee up until 2024, and he always listened to me and made sure we both agreed on a game plan for any issues I had. I recently switched to Dr. Slaymaker because I met her at one of my husbands appointments and loved her. I recently had my new patient appointment with her and she is absolutely amazing! She didn’t rush my appointment, she listened to all my concerns and we made a game plan together. She has a great personality as well. I have seen several resident doctors there for more urgent matters and all of them have been so kind and helpful. I am so lucky to have Providence Chehalis Family Medicine as my primary care provider!

4 /5 Heather Mckinzie: Doctors are always thorough and spend a good amount of time with the patient. My only complaint is the phlebotamy person could not get blood from my fathers veins. She had us come back the next day and she still couldnt get it. Wants us to come a third time but thats not going to happen. Its never been a problem before. I feel this person isnt very skilled at her job.

First of all a shout out to Andrea who made it all happen while we were desperately searching for a new doctor! Beautiful, clean bright office and very helpful staff. Then on top of all that we really connected with our new doctor, Dr. Achille. Wasnt a rush visit either. A perfect meet and great with everyone! I was in excruciating pain, and he brought down my blood pressure and pain level within what seemed minutes. Dr. Thill was also amazing. April Titus: I waited for 5 hrs to be seen being passed up by people that didnt look like they had any problems. I have frozen shoulder which cause another of pain and complete loss of motion or movement and yet still kept being passed over like I wasnt there i was there at 5 pm didnt get out til 11:30pm. But the staff I had when I finally got in where pretty nice. I did get some relief so I could function again in some ways.

They got to the bottom of a very specific issue after careful testing and issued prescriptions the same day. It was so gratifying. Seeing a regular care Doctor often means longer resolution. .
