3 /5 April Titus: I waited for 5 hrs to be seen being passed up by people that didnt look like they had any problems. I have frozen shoulder which cause another of pain and complete loss of motion or movement and yet still kept being passed over like I wasnt there i was there at 5 pm didnt get out til 11:30pm. But the staff I had when I finally got in where pretty nice. I did get some relief so I could function again in some ways.

2 /5 Loren Michael: While in the ER, myself and my husband noticed that the head nurse had a horrible bed side manner. I also checked with my doctors nurse about taking ibuprofen, they said no . Maybe aspirin and thats it. I try to follow my doctors instructions. If I didnt then I would be an idiot. The doctors bedside manner also lacked compassion for the patient and family members.I didnt feel confident with your staff.

5 /5 Wendy Johnson: I ended up in the emergency room after a night of pucking! The extreme pain came in the morning with nausea and more vomiting! My husband came home from work to take me to the ER as I was ready to pass out from the pain. Got in quickly thank God there was no one in the waiting room! I let them know my back kidney area was where I had the most pain. Got me hooked up to meds/ fluids and CT scan fairly soon! Got my pain managed and tests back , kidney stone. Got sent home with meds as I have yet to pass it! Happy my stay was short, 3/4 hrs. Got through the night with managed pain relief! So thankful for each person that cared for me! A bit overwhelmed with emotions today looking back! Thanks for being here for us all! Thankful !!!

5 /5 Pappy Elliott: I came from Seattle to visit family here in Omak had an issue with my surgery. Came to your hospital in Omak couldn’t believe they care in the niceness very staff very good Dr. Communication was excellent. Five starring my book. Keep up the good work.

Kathy Wilcox: I was at the ER from 9 to 8 with my sister, and there are a few things I’ll address here. Also, I’m writing a letter of concern to the administrator. I was in the room when Nurse Evelynn wanted a urine sample from my sister, who was in a lot of pain, and asked if she could pee in a cup instead of having a catheter. Evelynn brought in a urine sample cup and cleaning pad. I brought the sample out to a nurse and gave it to her. When the doctor asked about that the nurse said my sister refused having a cathitar and was called a liar. I was there and thats exactly what happen. The nurse didnt tell the truth. Older people in pain and handicap shouldnt be made fun of by the doctors. Dr Biancarelli told my sister to get in your wheelchair and get your catscan and made remarks about her solid pads and wet blankets, you can also clean yourself up. Then he said I have all these witnesses so you can’t go back on your catscan. This is acceptable. My sister is very thin no teeth and no not a druggie but has had lots of broken bones, and burned. The first doctor before shift change jumped back with my sisters hand almost touched his arm. Treat people like they are a walking leach!!! I got home and told my husband -Never let me go to that hospital.

They have a pair of frames listed at $300 that I really liked and almost bought but no purchase plans, no flexibility. The charges START there at $300 and they upcharge for your prescription. That same pair I wanted down the the exact specifications from the same brand and manufacturer can be bought online for $49.99. I might have actually bought from them if they had purchase plans or even an online store to show their inventory and allow me to try glasses on from the comfort of my home with online try on options. Or any additional added value for their consumer. ALWAYS research your products before committing. Dont get swindled.
