5 /5 Cate Williams: I am finding myself not well, at all, with Cardiac issues and as seriously necessary neurosurgery in my near future. I am alone, as my family has passed, and I was very afraid. People from all directions seem to be trying to force me into a family home situation, which I really, really did not want to do. Everything was going wrong and I didn’t know how much more I could take. Then Ty came. She listened. She actually cared. She agreed to come back two more weeks to help me. She was full of information and wisely helped me set a goal. I have hope for the first time in a month. This nurse is a godsend and may actually be an angel. She gave me exactly what I have been needing and begging other professionals to help me with. They made me feel like a throwaway person. Not Ty. She is compassionate, caring, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and I couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you, Ty!
