5 /5 Barbara Whitlow: Love Providence. Always good customer service. And my doctor is kind and caring. She really takes the time to listen and find solutions. I’m grateful for her help. It does take a long time to get in to see a doctor. Would be great if they had additional doctors but I know that is a challenge everywhere.

5 /5 John Tull: Excellent doctors but not enough time and too few appointments over time. They need more staff. RN staff also great but too few. Med. assistants do fine job but also need more staff. Appointments feel pressured and brief. I am grateful they are there but wish for less pressure and lowered workload for health care providers.

5 /5 Linda Bradford: We love Doc purtteman! She listens to us and gives choices about levels of treatment. She also has a great "bedside manner"-not too tough, but not too permissive. Staff get us in quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner.

5 /5 David Kelly: Very well run… everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative is if the exam ends with them wanting me to do labs I have to completely “in process” again at the lab. A warm “hand off” would be nice!

5 /5 Amanda: Front office staff are courteous. Nursing staff are great. Dr Johnson is amazing. He used to be at East Providence Which was closer to me and when he was transfered to West Olympia location, I decided to drive all the way there to stay under his care. Only complaint is that I typically only get to see him for planned continuous care appt and not if there is something new or more pressing because his schedule is typically a couple months out. I understand it but still hate it. Amazing job. Keep it up.
