2 /5 Mirella L.: Front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and made incorrect statements about my test results and health all to just usher me out of the waiting room while crying. I do not remember the persons name. I would definitely recognize her if I saw her. When I showed up one day, looking to talk to a doctor about my results that showed lung cancer, she said that my results "werent anything to cry about" because shes seen much worse when she worked in oncology. Then handed me a tissue and ushered me out the door without helping me to speak to a doctor. Meanwhile Ive been through lung surgery, chemo, radiation... and she might still be sitting there, dulling out toxicity to those who need support. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Should be reprimanded. Doctor was a bit negligent. Said there was no need to include an oncologist, only to be proven wrong in the end. Never spoke to me again to acknowledge he was wrong or take some type of accountability. Incredibly poor bedside manner, if you ask me. If youre looking to learn whether you have lung cancer or not, dont waste your time here. Go to UW Montlake or Fred Hutch or any of the other places in Seattle proper, to increase your chances of being treated like a human being that matters.

1 /5 Terri DelVecchio: If you want full care DO NOT come here! Dr. Park ordered blood work for my mother in June got the results back but never did anything. Her blood count was so low she needed a blood transfusion. No one picked up on this and my mom passed at a store out after completing all tests ordered by Dr. Park and he said all test were normal. Well that was not the case if he would have bothered to check the blood test results that HE ordered he would have known right away that her blood count was extremely low. My mother had to do extensive tests that she didnt need if he would have checked the blood test results. I am livid and if anything would have happened to my mother because of this neglect I would for sure see him in court!!!!! Furious to say the least!

3 /5 Carlo DAnna: Generally a very good clinic. Theyve handled my apnea cpap issues well. However there is now a devastating recall on philips dreamstation cpap machines with the demand from the company to stop using it immediately. Ive called Valley Pulmonary Clinic for assistance in this matter. They in turn passed the buck to Northwest Medical who turns me back to Valley. So far since Pulmonary has not reached out yet to advise me on how to proceed.

5 /5 Shannon Michelle: I had a 9am appt with Dr. Park. I was lost and in the wrong building so I ended up 20 min late. Front desk staff, nurse, and the Dr were amazing! They seen me anyway and had all of my history from my previous sleep study. Dr Park was friendly, professional, and eager to work with me to ensure we get my sleep in tact. Great experience!
