5 /5 MS 808: Met Dr Parikh almost a year ago (April 2024) for my first consultation (Tummy Tuck). What my husband and I really liked about Dr. Parikh from our first meeting was his knowledge and attention to detail, besides being very personable (in which I think is very important especially when it comes to any cosmetic changes and financial commitments). We decided to go ahead and schedule my procedure. Originally it was supposed to be in June but due to schedules/family life we rescheduled it without any issues. His office staff were very helpful. Fast forward to now (5 1/2 mo. post op) just went for another check up and did my after photos. Still healing but both my husband and I really love my results. I will mention though when I was put into the binder after surgery the velcro mustve rubbed onto my skin during the healing process which left a mark on my *new* tummy, Dr Parikh was very quick to address it and made sure it was taken care of. Overall we highly recommend RP Plastic Surgery. Also wanted to mention Dr Parikh"s new office and surgery center is beautiful. Thanks again Dr.Parikh and staff :)

Elissa Emde: I came in with a nail I had drilled into and broke apart (oops! ) and all the staff from the front desk to the Dr were amazing. I felt well cared for and the convenience cant be beat, made a 7:30pm appt at 4pm, was seen early and Im out the door by 7:50. Its never *fun * to go to the Dr but I actually had a good time, had some laughs and even got a Scooby Doo bandaid. Definitely a great option for emergency care!

Nava Prasanth Vallepalli: Beware of what you disclose when you visit for only annual physicals. I was billed for two visits on my first single visit, (one for annual physicals and another for established patient care) even though I explicitly asked for only annual physicals and nothing else. Established care was billed for explaining my previous health history when asked by the doctor. My appointment was delayed by 15 minutes and it was all rushed. Will not visit this primary care again for lack of transparency.

W M: I have been to Swedish 3 times now with different emergencies. Have to say the from receptionist,nurse to doctors , all are super friendly and helpful. The wait time is none, you get taken care of right away. It seems to me that each team member has a great portocal of your duties and collaborate seamlessly. Their handover is also professionally each step, taking notes , checking on us with warm blanket and water etc. A complete different experience with other emergency operations, such as Seattle children emergency, lack of doctors, lack of urgency. It operate more like a night time iefficient urgent care where the wait time is 3-5 hrs. Unreal. Thanks to Swedish leadership team transcend their care to each and every patient by high-quality training and a strong leadership. Thanks to each one of you.

Christyna Hernandez: I haven’t found a new primary Dr since COVID and happened to hear about Dr. Chang in passing. From my first call to make my appt I was shocked by the level of attentiveness, caring, prompt, and thoroughness. I was able to get an appt same day. When I got to the office I was met with the same amazing and friendly staff. There was no wait. Dr. Chang whole heartedly listened to my long list of concerns and things I wanted to do going forward in regards to my health and body. He was not robotic, he wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next client, he was engaging, informative. But mostly he he hears my needs, he listened when I said what has worked what hasn’t and what I’d like to try. I pray that everyone gets a Dr like Dr. Chang. I made a follow up alot and I plan to do better at routing care becuase he made it not feel like a chore but a reward. For the first time I’m excited about my care going forward.

Gertrude Njeri: I met the most wonderful humans at Fairfax . People looking out for one another and staff members that loved their job. The downsides are that it is grossly understaffed so the needs of us patients often had to be out in the back burner which ended up being very aggravating. I think sometimes theyd pull people from other units that that no idea what was going on in our unit which was very frustrating. I hope it gets fixed !
