Melissa Matheson: The place has a super cute vibe. Maegan is a hair wizard and can master any hair style you want. With years of experience behind her, traveling all over the country to do hair, she brings so much information to the table. Its truly her passion. Nettie, another stylist at Solo, is also just as amazing. She has the ability to make everyone feel and look beautiful. You really cant go wrong at this salon. From fresh nails to makeovers and everything in between. This is my preferred location in Port Townsend.
Judith Heath: Dawn is talented, experienced, and professional. Reliably excellent with all things hair--from clean straight cuts in fine hair, all styles for curls, and wonder work with color. I have seen her "heads" turn heads leaving her salon for more than 11 years.
S: Walked into today with my brother because he was hoping to get a quick haircut. The first question out of Debbis mouth was asking if she had ever cut his hair before. We said no and she said stated that she wasnt accepting new clients. I guess we could have lied and said he had been a customer there before since she wouldnt have recognized us anyway. She said she needed to keep the space open for her regulars. There was absolutely no one else there and she was kicked back looking at her phone. We were thrown off by the big "walk ins only" sign outside. We are currently heading elsewhere, so much for keeping it local.
